Ruined a dress shirt, small circles all over the back. Owner said they didn’t do it and would do nothing about replacing my shirt. I spend 30 – 40 dollars a month there, not a huge amount but I would have thought for one shirt they would have replaced it.

Pretty unhappy with my experience here. They starched a bunch of shirts I asked not to starch (which ruins a non-​iron shirt). They overcharged on the curtains I asked them to iron compared to 2 other dry cleaners in the area (about twice as much). They convinced me to dry clean shirts when they could have been laundered for less than half the price (part of this is my fault for not knowing the difference, but felt a bit taken advantage of). Overall, not satisfied with this place.
