Old Navy

This store is always a hit or miss there clearance racks are so overflown and un organized right when u walk in that’s not what u want to see the cashiers are mostly friendly but the lines are usually very long for check out I have more then once left be cause the line was to long

I’m not a frequent Old Navy shopper but on this particular day I needed to pick something up for my daughter and decided, while there, to shop for myself as well. The inventory is almost TOO MUCH. The entire leggings area was several hanging products jammed into one or two long displays. Several of the leggings just dropped on the floor or left unfolded draped on hanging ones. This is a pretty good example of how chaotic and unkempt the entire store is. I did manage to find some things for her and the price was OK.
For me, I just wanted a pair of pants and like the leggings area, stuff strewn everywhere. It took me a good 10 minutes to find something in my size. I did like that they had handy and quick dressing rooms on the side of the store with just a curtain, like changing in a shower. But again, the ridiculous amount of stuff they put out on the floor makes it crazy just to get around if there are other shoppers.
Service was slow as they only had one checkout open among the 5 registers on the front. I got a very nice apology for the wait and the clerk was helpful and friendly. Prices again aren’t terrible but no big crazy deals either. I just think they are way understaffed for the size and bulk of this store.
So if you don’t mind shopping in a store that looks like an episode of Hoarders, feel free to try Old Navy.

Seriously the WORST store i have ever been in. Such a disaster all the time. No one picks up anything. There is stuff on the floors and draped over other clothes. The dressing room is disgusting. Someone needs to get a manager in there to clean stuff up and more staff to help as there are only like three people on. I wont shop there anymore because the chaos makes me tense.

Great deals for the holiday shopping. Although it is busy their should still be enough staff to keep the place somewhat organized, it is a mess. The lines for check out are ridiculous! The two stars reflect the lack of customer service both on the sales floor and at the check out. I’ve definitely had a better experience at this Old Navy in the past.

Went in today and the place was a COMPLETE dump! Really gross. Clothes all over the place and dirty. Stuff on the floor, no order to anything. The manager of this store should be ashamed of the way this place looks. I won’t be going back any time soon!

You know I never saw my self buying from Old Navy. I mean lets get real here folks they cater to the teens! So everything comes small and it seems even smaller… Well until I tried some jeans on! They fit and they where comfy. Not to mention the $ 10 price tag.
The customer service was alright as well. I was able to ask questions about the jeans and they seemed to be able to answer my questions. Like how big the openings of the bottoms are. (Sue me I have huge feet! :P) The location is also pretty clean. They moved from Downtown to Williston just a few years ago.
So with the fair pricing on their clearance and good customer service I can see my self returning. I wouldn’t ever spend anymore than $ 12 on their jeans so its gonna be clearance runs only for me!
