My experience was not good at all! I went to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and the woman who did it was rushing the entire time so she could get back to doing manicures for other customers. She was just slabbing extremely hot wax on me and violently ripping it off and she didn’t even bother tweezing my eyebrows! Then she proceeded to scrape a paper towel on my face to «get the wax off» yet it got zero wax off. My eyebrows look so horrible and have absolutely no shape to them. I’m a 15 year old girl and I feel that my experience getting my eyebrows done is just as important as any adults. My money spent is worth just the same as an adults.
NEVER going there ever again!

Awful experience. Asked for a pedicure and a young guy was assigned to me. First of all, I don’t care to have a boy/​man giving me a mani-​pedi. Just seems icky to me. But ok, decided to give it a try. Secondly, he had the t.v. to his back (some soccer game was on), and kept turning around to see the action! In the middle of what he was doing! How rude and totally unacceptable. I was so annoyed that I just got out of the chair, picked up my bag and walked out with dripping wet feet. I made sure to tell him why I was leaving and what I expected when I came into a place of business… service…Never again at that place :-(

New management… Unfortunately not as good. Pedicure was nice but there is one manicurist who is terrible. I question if she actually has a license to practice nails. Worst manicure ever… And I gave her a shot twice. Big mistake… It’s sloppy, globbed on heavy which bubbles, and all over your cuticles and surrounding skin which she hardly gets off. She is the second chair from the front and doesn’t wear a name tag. Unfortunately I’m done with this salon and there are 35 886 other salons to go to nearby.
