Wouldn’t honor THEIR own store’s gift certificate claiming that it had expired a few months earlier. Gift certificates are not allowed to expired in the state of California. This was pointed out, and they still refused.

I’ve been to a couple nail salons in Whittier and so far this one is the best! Great service, everyone is friendly & caters to your needs. I go for acrylic nails & they come out really nice :)

Horrible service! Came for a pedicure and to have my nieces nails polished. I didn’t mind the wait because I was a walk in but wow, no sense of customer service or creating a welcoming environment. Also, they really aren’t big on sanitization and cleanliness in their spa chairs.

This is the best salon in Whittier! The people are amazing the parking is easy. The salon plays movies while getting your nails done! Love them!

Ended up with ripped off toenail. The tech did not even appologize. I went there few times before, but this time was sure my last time…

Walked in to this place with my wife and we got no hello or at least eye contact. Sat down and no one approached us. We got up and left. Customer service can make or break a business. No matter if there is a language barrier a smile is universal. They lost our business for good

So Ive been going to BeBe since they opened, it was great in the begining with the original owners. My nail tech was JENNY she was soo good at 1^st… but when CINDY took over the place went WAY down !! I think the girls that work here are BURNED OUT!!! Their work shows it they have NO customer service and the nail work they do is way BELOW even the most primary nail work. Where as Jenny was convient for me to see… I just couldnt stand how she TORTURED me everytime I went to have a pedicure with her. The place is terribly in need of professional cleaning and STERILIZATION!!!

Rude, rushed, unfriendly, bickering with other workers. My manicure lasted, no joke, 5 minutes IF THAT. Just awful.
Picked an argument with me when they overheard (yes ease dropping, I didn’t even bother to complain) on my disappointment in their service. I could not believe that she started a fight with a customer!
Another girl was sprawled out on a pedicure chair eating pistachios and the shells were everywhere! DISGUSTING!
Go elsewhere, where they have friendly professional staff.

Best place in Whittier to get your mani-​pedi done. Cindy is so friendly and always does a great job!

They tried to hastle me when using their gift certificate… then wouldn’t honour the whole amount. that’s against the law!!! Scammers… will never come to this dirty nasty place again… Don’t buy gift certificates there! There are too many better nail places to go… theifs!

So I had my nails done at another nail shop two weeks ago and needed a full. I walked in was greeted promptly. And seated with Jenny a few minutes later. (They were busy but didn’t make me wait long) Jenny did a great job on my fill. I’d totally go back.
Only thing was… It was a bit pricy.$ 27 for a fill to be exact.

Affordable, and they take credit card which is so helpful. Always friendly and I love that that they play movies. It’s hard to page through a magazine if you’re getting a mani and I get fidgety. The movies pass the time.
I also appreciate that they ask me first if I want additional pampering and don’t push when I decline. I’ve been to other places that add iitems to my bill without asking and then communicate the extra things they did for me, even though it was not clear to me that it would cost extra. Bebe folks show you a list of services and prices and ask you to choose. They even confirm with you to make sure they understand what you want done.
I’ve also been to places where they try to talk me into other services, and especially when I bring my daughter, that gets expensive. So if I say «no thank you» I mean no thank you. Bebe folks might ask just to see if there is interest (a flower design for example or callous removal) but if I decline I don’t get pressured.
I want to relax when I get a spa pedi. That’s why I go — to pamper myself. It’s not relaxing if I’m constantly trying to figure out what service is being snuck onto my bill. I like Bebe because they allow me to relax, watch a movie, sleep, and get done only what I want done. Along with affordable and the credit card option, I’ll keep going back!

I love this place, I’ve been coming here for years! The girls are all very nice and friendly. I come with my grandma and notice that there are a lot of older people who come here also. The girls are great with them & very patient! I never come in a hurry because I would rather relax & enjoy my pedicures, it can get busy but I believe its worth the wait for great service!

I haven’t gotten my nails done for close to a year now. My friend recommended that I come here so I did. It totally slipped my mind to check their closing time. I came in at 6:50 pm when they were closing at seven to get a regular full set and they were still warm and welcoming. I felt so bad cause I’m sure they wanted to close and go home. I kept saying I would leave since they were closing but Jenny told me she would do it for me. She was SO kind and I LOVE how my nails turned out. I’m definitely going to come back. I’d recommend them to anyone now! Jenny was awesome (:

Jenny did my nails and then I paid with my debit card, and I forgot to tell her to include the tip because I didn’t have cash on me. So the owner heard and said Oh she can run your card again for the tip. Jenny got so mad and told me why am I paying attention to the the owner. I asked the owner she will get the tip won’t she and she replied yes. I just could’t believe she got so mad at me even though I left a $ 10.00 tip and she was so unprofessional because am the customer
It wasn’t like I was leaving without a tip. I left and said she was rude and I will never go back!! There are better places.

First visit was good. Second visit, pedicurist jabbed the tool under the side of my toe nail! I asked her if she thought she was knitting, and SHE DID IT AGAIN! At my visit yesterday, the woman doing my fill actually demanded a $ 5 tip for herself and one for the pedicurist! Really … a $ 10 tip for a $ 31 service where they do nothing special? My plan is to outright refuse service from the meanies. Why change to another salon when they’re all the same?!!

Great place for services. They play up to date movies. Jenny is the best! Cindy always very nice. Gel reasonably priced. $ 22 gel manicure. Highly recommend this place

Love how this store is located close to me and the name is Bebe ! I get my nails done regularly from this cute but small store. It isn’t extravagant but the workers are nice and they do the job well !
I like how they have a flat screen tv to watch while you are doing your nails. They also have magazines but I like how they have really good movie selection! Yes they have up to date current movies on here.
I have gotten gel and regular nails from this place. The gel is amazing it beats a of places and I would suggest coming here to get it done. :)
If you have never done gel it is the greatest gift, the nails dry super fast, you don’t have to worry about opening your car door after getting them done. They are hard like a rock and they last for a really really long time! They have a lot of different colors I like French and sometimes I’ll go with a nice wild color like hot pink or glittered.
Bebe you are a cute small store with many friendly workers and it shows you care about your work when I get my nails done here! Thank you!
