Not happy at all with how things were handled I placed an order and received no call or even seen a delivery come to my place of work and when i called they claimed the food was delivered and a call was made i was literally on my phone for an hour and received no calls or text from no one not a soul.
This is the 2nd time I’ve had a problem with this establishment and it is my last.
The soul food is good but not worth the aggregation

Got the Cobb salad (minus onions) and City Center with their fancy vinaigrette. Both were delish! I was disappointed and annoyed that the cook had stepped out briefly before I got there because I wanted a panini but the other employees were so kind that I let it go. I would come again and eat inside next time. The seating area is cute.

Its true Unilocalers. Place is not worth it. I ordered from work and the order came in on time but the food was bad. I ordered the salmon with brocolli and rice pilaf with a cup of soup and a berry smoothie. The soup was not fresh. I make lentil soup at home and know the taste. The salmon was ok but i did not eat it all. The broccoli was yellow not green meaning it was old. I wont order again.

Delivery service is horrible!!! 3 salads ordered at 12:00 and its 1:30 and still waiting! Tic Toc!!!
They take forever!!! We use to order all the time with issues (hair in food, wrong orders, bone in food etc) we figured we would give them another try and again epic fail on there part. I don’t understand why it takes that long. Hire more staff during lunch rush. Salads are good but not worth the wait, not to mention prices are always different.

Really awful service. Lot of people standing around. Lot of people waiting. Dirty rags to clean counter. Need chicken with that? Oh it’s cooking cause they can’t tell time. Made me a rap… forgot the dressing a nice touch. It appears they either are or want to go under.

3 Bean chicken chili sounds delicious… But not so great when there is no chicken!!! literally one cube of chicken .This is my second time trying this place maybe third time I’ll be lucky… but I doubt I’ll be back. Thankfully Iron tomato is across the street where I don’t have to wait 1o minutes for chili and be given it in a Styrofoam cup.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the salads are good you just have to order during breakfast to ensure you get it before dinner… it takes FOREVER!!! I really cannot understand what takes so long and how the process hasn’t be fixed at this point. I’ve ordered several times to give them a shot and because they have good salads but I am disappointed each time by the lack of urgency when I call and again the INSANE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TAKES FOR DELIVERY. A word of advice DON’T OFFER DELIVERY OR TO TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE FOR PICK UP YOU WOULD RETAIN SO MUCH MORE BUSINESS BY KEEPING IT OLD SCHOOL WITH A LINE!

Wow. Unreal delivery service. 2.5 hours to deliver less than a mile away. If you think pick up is any better, you’re wrong. I’d rather stick needles in my eyes than order food from here again.

Purchased a salad for my co-​worker and myself and after paying $ 40…it was the worst salads ever. I ordered shrimps and when we received the salad, the shrimps tasted like the sea, which was a clear indication that the shrimps we already spoiling. Then, we had a salad with chicken and I’m not sure who they tried to fool, but that meat was far from being chicken.
I will never order from this place again, nor will I ever recommend anyone to go to this place, especially for the prices they charge. Anyone looking for a good salad, you are better off going to Fairway where the quality and quantity is not only fresh, but more reasonable on the wallet.

Order take out from here I came a little bit quicker than they originally said but I got the soup and it said it was organic free range chicken and I swear it was just industrial Progresso or something like that it definitely wasn’t homemade. They also sent me one item that was wrong in the salad that I ordered was nasty. Their mac and cheese was pretty good. The corn bread was good but a little bit burnt but I could sell that if it had been cooked properly it would have been very good. Definitely never going to order from them again though

Food is great no problems there but the service is ridiculous. Staff arguing in front of us talking about customers; they took 10 mins just to get our order and another 10 just to put it in. Makes no sense especially when people are on their lunch break. Then it takes forever to pay! They need more than one cash register. Pointers they do let you try dressings and soup before you commit! Fix the staffing & time issues & I’ll change my reviews !

The salads here are delicious however, the soups are not tasty and the vegetable portions are extremely small and expensive. Delivery is at least 3 hours! We have given this place several chances to deliver timely and every single time its 3 hours! On a couple of occasions we did not even receive our full order and were promised to be provided with «extras» on future orders and never received anything. This place has potential, but even bigger potential for failure. I almost suggest to stop delivering because based on past reviews it doesn’t seem to have improved at all and probably never will.

First of all, I walk in and the first thing I find out is that the woman behind the counter has an ear infection. Why would you tell that to customers? I don’t want to think about your ear infection when I’m ordering food.
Anyway, I ordered a chicken noodle soup. It took 30 minutes to come out. I could have gone to the deli next door and gotten self-​serve chicken noodle soup instantly, but I wanted to try these guys out. 30 minutes later, they hand me my soup and offer me some chips because of my wait time.
Finally sit down to eat the soup, it sucks. I tried it once before and it was really good– had herbs and spices, big pieces of chicken… Not this time. Watery, flavorless, and absolutely devoid of chicken. No. Chicken.
Service sucks, wait time is awful, prices are high, food is inconsistent. Beware.

Terrible. The one star is strictly for service as when I called upset about the salad I received the woman was genuinely upset and happy to deliver another free of charge. Unfortunately though the second salad was not soaked through with over 2 cups of salad dressing and no longer contained a napkin tossed in… It was still missing the pita bread included and the avocado was the color of a mango and was put in huge chunks along with the tomato. There was barely any cheese to speak of as it was the more expensive ingredient I’m sure. Would never order here again.

Extremely slow delivery, very small portions of the good stuff with a lot of cheap filler, order was missing many items I paid to have added and included items I did not want/​order (in a salad, that pretty much ruins the order).

Do NOT get the regular sized salad. That’s not regular. That’s… abnormal. It’s HUGE! I got a simple salad with iceberg lettuce, some veggies and chicken and was defeated by the halfway point.
(that’s a good thing)
Aside from that, the ingredients were fresh and crisp and the service was nice. I also liked the dining area, with its comfy couches and cute décor. It’s small, however, so perhaps lunch with a few friends is best here.

My first time here and I’m in love. The staff was very friendly and polite. The guy there (assuming he is the manager) was very nice and friendly. He threw in a free granola bar since I said it was my first time and he was just overall really nice.
I have to say the soup (chicken with quinoa) was pretty good. I made my own salad and holy macaroni it is out of this world.
I recommend mixing my personal faves chipotle and regular italian dressing.
