Wish I could give it 0 stars! The woman who does extensions did a very poor job. I went in there on Thursday and spent 4 hours getting my hair fixed and extensions put in, while the woman was brushing my hair pieces just started falling right out. I then went home that night and washed and blow dried my hair and lost half more of the extensions. Then 4 days later I have none left in my hair! The salon has refused to refund me my money on the 25 pieces I bought that are still brand new and only worn for a few hours due to the poor installation of them. Will never go back or recommend this salon to anyone! Stay away if you want extensions!

Awesome place! Got my legs waxed by Liz Myers who is super sweet and friendly and is really good at what she does. I was even offered free touch ups! It’s a little bit pricey but I think it’s worth it, the place has a really nice atmosphere, really good staff, & they give you free wine! :) I would go back for sure.

I went to the Boulevard Salon and Spa on February 28^th for a facial, eye brow wax, manicure, and pedicure. I thought the prices were fair. The facial was really good. Sara was the aesthetician. She is the only American I have ever seen do threading. She did a lot of extractions, got rid of my Melia, and used high frequency to help my skin heal. This is the first time I ever had a facial and the lady stayed in the room with me the whole time. Usually they leave for a few minutes while the steam machine is going and at the end of the facial they let you relax. She did forget to give me a free sample of a product, but I didn’t ask for it, so it was fine. The manicure and pedicure were both done by Cierra. They were just okay. The polish got messed up the same day and my cuticles still looked dry. I would go back for a facial, but probably not for a manicure or pedicure.

I love this salon and have gotten my hair cut and colored here several times. All of the staff are friendly and courteous, and I love that you can call and often get an appointment the same day or the next day. They also stay open until 8pm and are open on Mondays too. They provide complimentary wine, beer (I think though I always get wine), tea, and cookies too. The salon is clean, relaxing, and rarely crowded at all. I find the prices to be reasonable– not cheap but reasonable.
I usually see Brienna, and she does an excellent job both with the cut and color. Whenever I try a new color she helps me select one that will look good and even mixes colors to create just the right tone. I have never been disappointed. She’s sweet and clearly enjoys what she does. The girls who shampoo your hair are also great– they give an awesome scalp massage!

This was my first time to this location. It was a bit difficult to find because it is in an office building however once I stepped inside I was pleasantly surprised with the open feel of the salon. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The only wait time I had was to fill out my profile. I was then taken back by my stylist, Trina, for a haircut. Trina took extra care to style my hair to my needs and made sure that it was an easy to maintain. All in all, I was pleased wit all aspects of my visit and have already scheduled my next appointment.

This is a wonderful salon. They make you feel welcome the minute you step inside. I had my hair colored and cut and Brienna did a wonderful job. I love the color and the cut. My spouse had her hair cut and eyebrows done. While she likes the cut, she loved laying on a heated bed to have her eyebrows waxed. Prices are more than fair especially for such a knowledgeable staff. We felt right at home here, I highly recommend it.

I went in for a French manicure with Holly and it was awful. The tips were not even and she had to keep redoing one nail. As soon as I left the salon a few nails were already messing up and I had to put my own top coats on at home. After two days most of the paint was chipped off and I had to redo my nails myself. I called to complain and even though they gave me my money back, they banned me from returning! I was a kind and patient client who received terrible services and they are banning me. I would never want to go back there and would suggest others not get their nails done here.

I got a massage. It was nice. Not a high end place but decent. People were friendly. What I didn’t like (and maybe this is because I’ve been more spoiled with massages in the past): massage room was really tiny, no aromatherapy or hot towels, thin sheet to cover up with, the lights weren’t as dim as I liked, heard people on the floor above constantly walking around. I also felt rushed to undress and dress. Not sure if I’ll come back for a massage but maybe another service.

I’ve been to this salon and spa on several occasions for various services.
Haircut: I have had my haircut by multiple people because I am the type of person that feels like getting my haircut all of a sudden and calls to see who has same day appointments. The haircuts are affordable, starting at $ 35. The stylists listen to what you want and do a good job of executing.
Wax: One time eye brow and lip wax, which was alright. I thought that my eyebrows were done too thin, but she did a good job getting a lot of the stray hairs out. Price is more than I usually pay at $ 26 for both compared to smaller nail salons that I think would do just as good of a job.
Massage: I used a LivingSocial deal for their massage. Alyssa was the masseuse and she is amazing. She is friendly and just allows you to relax. The only weird thing that I could do without is the «relaxing spa music» that they played since it was interrupted by the fact that they would mention it is «relaxing spa music» every few songs. It is not a high end spa where they would give you a robe and let you wait in a relaxation room, or maybe it is because I used a Living Social deal.
Manicure: just meh. I have to admit I do not normally get manicures done often because they never last since I use my hands a lot for work. The technician did not take her time with my cuticles and the paint job was just okay. I probably would not get another manicure from this establishment.
Overall service: everyone here is extremely friendly and I’ve only had one snafu. They recently switched reservation systems, so my massage was double booked. When I got there for my first appointment, they had someone else’s name in my spot. They were apologetic and offered me a free manicure when I came back. When I came back, they did not note anywhere that the manicure was supposed to be free… luckily the same receptionist was working and claimed to have remembered me and the offer. When you arrive, they always offer you a drink or snacks.

NEVER Get a shellac manicure from this «spa». I got shellac done on Friday and by Saturday it started chipping. What happened to it lasting for 2 weeks? I called the salon on Sunday and Monday to try to redo the manicure but they weren’t opened due to Labor Day. So me being from out of state, I called on Tuesday after returning to my state to ask for a refund but they annoying people over there said they do not believe I got the shellac done at their spa. She asked why i didnt leave a voice mail when i called and i told her because it kept on ringing and never went to voicemail. and she said «oh its usually after 10 rings». well how am i supposed to know that. i have phone records prooving i called u and also pictures of the crappy nails i fixed at ur spa. Never go here except you live in MD and won’t mind going back every 2 days for a redo. Such a rip off «spa». I was never refunded my $ 28. I guess they care more about their no refund policy than a bad reputation.

This is my favorite salon that I’ve been to and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I get Shellac manicures with Alexis, who is exceptionally talented and sweet. I also highly recommend Shellac. Sara is also wonderful, and does an amazing job with eyebrow threading. I’ve also had a facial with her, and it was an hour of heaven! Great place, calm but friendly atmosphere, and all around recommended!
