Wanted to donate 400 square feet of laminate flooring in excellent condition, but the two people in charge of receiving it said and I quote «I think we’ll pass.» Guess they only want brand new products donated! Seems really arrogant on their part. Customer service was terrible.

This location is pretty awesome. Having recently moved from Dallas, I was really impressed with the selection here. The furniture is hit or miss, typical thrift store items, but there were some really nice sofas at reasonable prices. I came in looking for a table and dresser, but they didn’t have anything within my limited room sizes. I’ll definitely be back– they get new items daily. The staff was nice, contrary to some other reviews, so I’m not sure if they have new volunteers/staff.

This location seemed nice. I didn’t end up purchasing anything, but I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase a new bedroom set. There were so many really nice sets. I entered with my mother visiting from out of town, and she kept seeing beautiful pieces and saying «If only I could take that on the plane, I would buy it in a heartbeat.»
We came in for a small table but didn’t see much that matched the size we wanted, and the few we did like, were more than we were willing to pay.
I see a lot of reviews about poor customer service, but I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Multiple times we were approached to see if we needed help.

I stopped by to drop off some unused lighting, and other construction items. They wanted to pick through what they took. I normally wouldn’t mind this, but wanting to go through unopened boxes is a bit much. Either take the item, or not, but don’t want to open and look through the box. And being picky when you are getting donations, well, beggars can’t be choosers. I won’t be back, there are too many other places to donate good items to have to go through the hassle there.
