Dining area has not been available for months. Every time you go through the drive thru its at least a 20 min process. While you see employees coming in and out, probably from getting high. It would make sense since they screw up the order every time. We ordered two chocolate chip cookie dough spoonbenders, and not once but twice did she make cookies and cream. And then forgot the paw bender for our dog. I’ll probably just make the drive to the Good Times on 58th next time.

If I could give this GoodTimes ZERO STARS I would! Worst Place EVER! I was shocked by the rudeness of their staff. Been trying to call the restaurant for 3 day and NO ANSWER! We were treated very rudely by two girls that were employees of Good Times (Alex and Zanalaya). They couldn’t have been more than 15/​16years old and had atrocious attitudes to match. During the time we were ordering the girl who was taking the order (Alex) kept interrupting saying is that all, is that it, are you done. Then when We ordered 5 large fries and when my husband asked for wild sauce the one of the girls rolled her eyes slammed the drive thru window grabbed 2 sauces opened the window and practically threw them at my husband. When he asked for more (given that we had ordered fries and a 5 piece chicken strip) she said no I already ran your card and they cost extra my husband told her thats fine I’ll pay the extra and she said no sorry were out and slammed the window again. AGAIN WORST PLACE EVER!!!

OMG the dinning area of this Good Times is beyond disgusting! The high chairs are so dirty you could scrap scum off of them… all the walls are dingy and the soda machine has not been cleaned in a very long time! Couldn’t choke down the food even though I love me some Good Times!

Food is always super hot and fresh, right off the fryer or grill. What makes Good Times so special is they now offer meat without hormones or antibiotics — they are actually serving quality meat. The non-​GMO bean patty is also amazing!

Always clean when I have been here. Nice friendly staff working. Very helpful and polite people manning the drive through. I don’t know what else I can say.
Sure this is just a typical fast food corporate shop. But is it better than the McDonalds up the street? Absolutely, and not just the food either. If you are looking for a fast food hamburger kick and you are in the neighborhood go for it, highly recommended.
