Caliber Collision

Excellent work and customer service. I was rear-​ended by a teenager and had my car fixed here (through the Progressive Collision Center, which was also a top-​notch operation). Caliber fixed me car faster than estimated and was very helpful.

My husband brought his 2012 Honda Fit in to get the rear quarter panel fixed and we were totally blown away by the customer service. The staff is very friendly and thorough. They explained everything that needed to be done and called to give updates while the car was getting worked on. After they did their magic, the car looks like new. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

These guy’s are awesome, I don’t normally write review’s but I am just so pleased with their service that I had to get on here as soon as I got home. My car was hit in the back and I needed a back side and bumper replacement. Their office/​garage was very clean, didn’t smell, everyone looked nice and they were all very friendly and professional. I spilled a whole cup of coffee in my car right before I had to leave it with them for 3 weeks (which really worried me as to what it was going to be like when I picked it up) I got my car back today with the whole interior was cleaned out as well as the exterior of my car waxed. Very happy! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I did not get much communication in the process. Which really didn’t annoy me because I knew that my car was in good hands. Thank you guy’s, I am just so happy to have my car back to normal. Love it!

I took my 2005 Honda Accord into Caliber for fender and hood damage from someone backing into us. I had several estimates and all were similar but Caliber was able to take our car sooner. I was impressed with the professional attitude of all the staff. The facility was clean and modern also. My car was finished on time and to my satisfaction. Our rep also kept in close touch and kept us completely up to date on the progress of the repairs. I could not ask for more and they will be my first choice should I need the services again.
