Comcast Service Center

Thank you Comcast for assisting me in lowering my monthly expenditures. Very wise, cut my telephone line while burying your cable to a neighbors home, that had been left stretched across my property and caused me to fall. Any other bills you want to help me cut?
Not only do I not have internet, but I can no longer get telephone service. Hmm, wonder why I am not now and will not ever be a Comcast customer.
How can I give them a negative rating

Comcast/​Xfinity is by far THE WORST COMPANY in the world. Why can’t I leave 0 stars? I have been forced to use their horrible service multiple times and I’d rather not have anything. Never again! MULTIPLE times they send your last bill to a collection agency and not have record of you paying it. Also they don’t seem to record the fact that you return your equipment. My husband is still getting calls from them 3 months later after we EXPLAIN FOREVER that everything has been returned. How does a company like this exist?

Granted Comcast does suck, but I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Mike when I went in today. There was no wait, and Mike was without a doubt the most pleasant friendly Comcast employee I have ever dealt with. People always leave bad reviews about Comcast in general for this location, but the employees are just that, employees. They have no control of the conglomerate they work for. I was returning a modem, and it was the most painless experience I have had! Thank you Mike!!!

Paying almost $ 90 for internet service that I was not told would be upgraded this month by anyone. Not through email, no phone call, nothing. Then on top of that, I’m supposed to be receiving 105mbps and instead have been consistently receiving half that speed if that. What a rip off. I pray that Google Fiber comes through my town because I’m tired of not receiving what I pay for. Then of course the terrible customer service that comes along with it just adds the icing to the cake. Sad.

Comcast is the worst! Charged my 94 year old mother in law for HBO for 2 years — she never asked for HBO… we figured it out when we she passed away scum of the earth…

I was prepared for the worst — I mean, it IS Comcast — but was pleasantly surprised with this location. Was in and out relatively quickly — dropped off equipment, they took it off my bill, gave me a receipt and I was on my way.
Again, pleasantly surprised.

Garbage. Absolute garbage.
Having just recently moved to the area, I was recommended comcast by my neighbors. Called to purchase and schedule service and talked to some queef who would not stop trying to up my plan, hung up on him.
Tried to order online… my address was validated and I tried to order the 25mbps plan at $ 39.99. I was then called to «set up an appointment». A woman whom I guarantee was at a call center in India ran me through what I selected and then told me that offer has expired… the one I selected less than 2 minutes prior. Despite me telling her I was interested in nothing more than the service I selected, she would not stop trying to sell me different plans. She was also insisting the plan I was trying to select was no longer available even as I refreshed and redid the quote while on the phone. In 14 years of having my own internet plans I have never had so much trouble simply turning on service.
I didn’t purchase and will go with a different provider regardless of cost. Your customer service is comparable to a steaming pile of cow manure. Get your shit together and quit trying to sell me crap I don’t want.

Comcast continues to deserve the rating that it has as the worst customer service provider in history. I cancelled my internet with them more than a year ago for playing the usual bate and switch pricing games. I had to call every 6 months or so to re-​negotiate my «deal» and threaten to leave. I had to finally follow through. In the year since I continue to receive a «bill» that states that they owe me more than $ 200. Rather than just sending me a check they send this EVERY month. When I call it is impossible to get a human on the line and I find myself navigating an endless and useless maze of options that do not help — They don’t even have my phone number in the system. Funny since it is on the «bill» that they send me every month. Same with the account number. It is sad that a business can continue to succeed at the level that they have when they provide terrible «service». I know that I have over used the ««, but I don’t know what to say in some of these situations.
I wish there was an option for negative stars.
Stay away from Comcast if you have any options at all!

Completely and utterely impossible to deal with any employee of comcast. Do not use this company if at all possible, enough said!

They have the Biggest joke customer service people I have ever seen. If I could I would give them no stars. Comcast always seems to find a way to make your bill go up monthly and your internet speed/​cable performance go down. I would NEVER recommend there services.

Comcast is the worst company I have ever encountered. I cancelled my service with them in January, and they continued to charge me $ 70 a month in both February and March. I made several calls to them, explaining that I was being charged for a service and equipment that I no longer had. Finally, after Comcast refusing to refund the charges, I blocked them through my credit card company. About a week ago, I received a letter from a collections agency. Comcast had sent me to collections for the $ 140 I was billed after canceling my service and returning my equipment. I have spent over six hours on the phone with them trying to explain my situation. Their representatives have the worst customer service skills imaginable and each one tells me something different. One representative even told me, «I don’t know what else to say. The math is very simple, so you must just be stupid.» Yes, the math is simple — I should be charged $ 0 for a service I no longer have. I would not recommend Comcast to anyone. They overcharge, their representatives are awful, and they make even something as simple as canceling a service a huge nightmare.

took 6 calls to get our service finally working. apparently you have to activate each service 1 by 1 (phone was a separate wait, internet separate wait, tv separate wait). That was excellent. Each call also took several attempts, as I was getting randomly disconnected. I seriously couldn’t imagine a support process going any worse than mine did. And it isn’t even the first time this has happened with comcast. If there was any other provider in town with comparable speeds I would switch, unfortunately they’re pretty much a monopoly.
Best part of the whole thing was that when you ask for a manager nowadays, they don’t give you one. They schedule a «call-​back» from a «manager» who isn’t even a real «manager.» What does said follow-​up for a «manager» entail?
Manager: «What was your problem today?»
Me: (everything stated above basically)
Manager: «OK, is that all?»
Me: (surprised) uhm… yes?
Manager: «OK, well we’d like to thank you for choosing comcast sir, have a nice day!»
Comcast is basically a capitalist prank on everyone. If you’re thinking of subscribing to comcast, I have another suggestion: boil some water, and stick your hand in it– it will save you a lot of pain.

5 employees present, only 1 waiting on customers. 4 people in line. No acknowledgment of people waiting. I consider this lousy service.

This Comcast on 44^th is easy to miss as you are driving by. For the longest time, I thought it was a station that their employees worked out of, like a base for their techs. When we had to close my dad’s account, Comcast’s customer service directed us here. I had to come here twice, once for documentation and the second time to return equipment. Both times, the line moved decently fast. Both of the employees I talked to were friendly and helpful and they didn’t give me a hassle about closing the account and returning equipment.

This is not necessarily a review of this location, but rather the entire Comcast company.
As you would expect from a monopoly, Comcast has the worst service in the world, their pricing is outrageous, and they don’t care about their customers.

I went through excruciating pain with the installation of my internet and cable. They missed appts they cancelled appts, they couldn’t figure out the installation (newish house that had Comcast before). The X1 system sounds great but I am now with cable on all auxiliary boxes (the 4^th to fail) for 5 more days. You have to schedule an appt. you can’t pick up a new box. After 15 years of loyalty in 4 different cities I think I am going to switch to another service.

Comcast is the worst possible TV and internet provider around! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, Comcast will nickel and dime you to death, they charge you for things they claim are free and create imaginary past due bills. We had nothing but problems with their internet service and could never get it resolved so I canceled it and was told that my bill would be just over $ 50 a month — WRONG! It was a $ 134! I will never again do «business» with these shysters!
