If you’re looking for honest and good old-​fashioned integrity in auto repair, Paul Carroll, owner at Adolph’s, is where to land. He knows what he’s doing, his shop mechanics are down-​to-​earth experienced and Paul will not recommend what you don’t need and it will be as reasonable as you will find — you can shop it and he’s still the most reasonable.
If you need espresso and an impressive lobby (and you will pay for that to be sure!) — not your place. You’ll often find a hand-​written note on counter that they’re in the back under a car and ring the dinger-​bell on counter or come around into the bays.
He’s a quiet gem tucked away on W. 44^th in busy for 25 yrs. — and often you can wait — head over across to Pietra’s and sit with a some great pizza or Italian.
