Walking in the ambiance and décor is nice and modern. I ordered the Phở Ti and Grilled Shrimp with Sa Ta sauce. The phở was ok, very fragrant but lacking in flavor. The grilled shrimp have the perfect smokey grill taste but once again flavoring is lacking. However, it comes with(2) sauces: a green one which is spicy(and it takes a bit for me to say something’s spicy) and the traditional sweet tangy red Asian sauce for egg rolls/lumpia. The servers are good and respectful. The menu does offer a wider variety of dishes that would definitely bring me back a second and third time to see if maybe that is where they specialize in so there’s a return visit in the future for this place. Overall my first visit wasn’t memorable but if I’m in the area I’d visit again to try some other dishes.

Great place to come! I accidentially found out this place, and I think I was so lucky. Place is clean. Everthing is clean. Staff is top — notch. Especially, their food is awesome. Good decoration, good smell, good taste. Price is reasonable. My family and I often come here, maybe twice a month. Definitely come back and recommend to my friends!

The phở is good. We also tried the bun bo hue which was edible but nothing to brag about. We received complimentary thai ice tea that was a plus and service was friendly.

The phở bo vien here was way overpriced. They give you 5 bo vien. Ordered an extra bowl of bo vien and they charged $ 4.50 for 5 more bo vien. Ordered tea. Was charged $ 4.00 for tea. Never coming here again.

Disgusting floors, disappointing servers and they didn’t speak English. For one, the servers shouldn’t assume we are all Vietnamese and also ask us questions about our orders over and over again when they should have listened to the order right in the very beginning. Secondly, the manager/boss shouldn’t blame the customers for miscommunication when it was obvious that the three servers that came back & forth were slacking and barely spoke English. The only miscommunication was on their part. Waiting nearly an hour and getting the wrong shrimp fried rice(they brought out FRIED shrimp) is just unacceptable. Gave this place a try because of Unilocal, but now I sincerely regret even going there. Driving from riverside just to explore the phở options and city was a mistake! Pro: cheap beer, blue moon $ 2.75 Cons: confusing service, young workers, wet floors, disappointing time management on bringing out the food. Tbh, don’t come here for a nice dinner, just come for the drinks IF that.

Food was great and the service was also pretty good. One big thing I got disappointed is the incorrect calculations of the orders. My family ordered some drinks but we decided to cancel them before they were taken out. The waitress said the cancellation is okay but it ended up on the bill anyway. Furthermore, be aware that they do charge automatic gratuities for large party(not sure how large). My dad didn’t know and still gave them more tips on top of that. Probably not going back to this place again.

My friends took me here for lunch and I really loved it. Their Phở’s broth was very tasty. They gave me a lot of meats which is very nice of them. The plate of veggies was fresh and services were really helpful. Price was reasonable and the place was well organized. I will definitely be back!

Worst service ever! Ordered 5 dishes and 1 came out within one hour. Forget that. We left.

The food was ok at best, over priced for what we ordered. I can get better phở 30 miles to the east in Norco. Wait staff was busy checking their phones to fill my water, I even made a loud noise with my straw but no luck. This restaurant was Hanoi, bring it back because we will never go back to this place.

One of the most favorite Vietnamese places of mine. The area is full of places like this but this really stands out for their quality. Their food is well seasoned with good portions and for a very reasonable price. Top pick for lunch if you want something quick, healthy and not very expensive. Love the atmosphere here as everyone is very nice and service is efficient. You definitely should this this!

I’m a huge fan of food. I’ve tried a lot of restaurants in Little Saigon area, and finally found out Pho2To, my favorite Vietnamese restaurant so far. Clean place, Nice decorations, super friendly staffs, and most of all their foods never disappoint me. Their«lu — hotpot» is the best in town. Btw, a must try is their Vietnamese coffee and lime soda. Definitely come back.

This place is great! Quick service and delicious phở. Not marked well from the street, but clean and simple atmosphere. I am a regular at this joint and I must say every time I come it tastes better. The meat and veggies are so fresh and the greens and broth is just something else. It is cheap and unbelievably delicious. Best Phở spot in Westminster.

I was going consistently when they first open, and for the first two weeks it was great, even though they didn’t have all the items available(and did that tacky thing of putting blank white labels over those items… at least they didn’t use a sharpie), what they did have was well done and delicious, and the service was good. But sure enough, like many new restaurants before it, food quality and taste started going downhill, as did the service. And those blank white labels never really did come off. It got to the point where, on our last visit there, we were asking ourselves, «Why are we here? There are better places!» So sad, was looking forward to having another dining option.

A Phở joint within walking distance of the Asian Garden Mall. The inside is really spacious & clean. It also shares a business w/a Snow joint(they are in the same store, literally), so you can get snow right after your meal. I notice this place has a whole lot of soup stuff on the menu, like phở & hot pot stuff. Phở Dac Biet — $ 8.25 — Average 3⁄5 The Phở Dac Biet(Combination, meat ball, trip, sliced beef) was decent. They give you a generous amount of meat. The noodles are the«thin» type, which isn’t typically used in phở; I didn’t really care for it but it’s just personal preference. The broth was okay — it wasn’t anything special. TIPS: –They accept credit card, even AMEX

It’s my first time here with my family. My first impression was how moderate and hip this place is. I thought it was a typical Phở place but there’s a lot of variety! –Food price is decent for the portion –Free thai tea(huge plus) –Quality is A1 –The place is clean and spacious –Service is super friendly and helpful I ordered the bun bo que but I would go back for the special phở 2 to!

***** Credit card users, watch out for this dishonest business! ***** My wife and I(only 2 of us) ordered two bowls of phở. It costs us $ 17.82 and we paid with Visa card with zero$ tips charged to the card but we left cash tips on the table thinking that servers would get 100% tips without paying income tax. Weeks later, when I got the credit card statement, I found out that they(the restaurant) charged additional tips to my Visa card BYTHEMSELVES and the total now is $ 20.08. Back calculating, I can see that they charged approximately 12% tips on the amount shown on the receipt.(Please see photos section). I am really upset about this matter and, of course I can come back to the restaurant to complain about this issue and get my money back, but I decided not to do it. I want that Pho2To «stole» my only less than $ 3 but now they must pay a high cost for their dishonesty. I think Unilocal will help me to do it — that’s why you’re reading this comment. Regardless of quality of the foods provided by this restaurant, I will definitely not come back this place. Thanks for reading.

Atmosphere: casual, nicer sit down restaurant Ordered items: coconut water, shrimp spring rolls, rare beef phở And chicken phở. This phở restaurant was a nicer phở restaurant, I started off with a fresh coconut that was refreshing in that hot day. The spring rolls that we ordered didn’t not taste like the typical spring rolls that you normally order, I couldn’t put my finger on what it was. Also the peanut sauce was bland(sad). The phở was ok, again nothing special. I didn’t order the chicken phở but my man did and it was scary looking, raw scary looking chicken. Only reason why I’d go back is for the coconut water and the helpful staff.

Ordered Phở Dac Biet, OC Len Xao Dua(sea snails with coconut) and Mi Go Saigon(egg noodles dry). The snails were brought out first. It was decent, but I liked the one served at Claws better. Next was the Phở and finally the Mi Go. I liked the Mi but my boyfriend thought it was too salty. It was served dry with a bowl of soup on the side. He liked his Phở better I thought it was too small and the price was kinda pricey. Within a few hours we both had the ‘runs’, not sure if it was the food or if it was just us. Would we go back? Maybe.

So this would be the 2nd time we came here. The first time we had phở and dry phở. I didn’t like the dry phở but my gf did. I loved the broth for the phở special. We had mussels for appetizer and it was tasty. The 2nd time we came here we got the phở special and the phở ga. I didn’t like the phở ga bc they put a bunch of the other parts of a chicken instead of the meat! I don’t eat the liver or intestines or whatever was in there so I switched with my gf. We both agreed that the phở special tasted watered down and the phở special wasn’t flavorful like the first time. We had squid for an appetizer and it was good. Both times the service was great when we ordered but they don’t check on you ever again after they give you your food. The first time the owner was all over an older white couple explaining a bunch of things to them but didn’t mind us nor anyone else that could be potential long term guests!!! Again no one filled my cup of water and the cups are small here and I drink a lot of water. I gave them 3 stars bc the food was ok. Lost stars for service. This place is nice and has the potential to be good.
