Lawn Aeration Plus

I did not see the previous reviews that he has done this before. I would strongly NOT recommend him.

I called into the office to voice my concerns on the service I had just received as I felt that the application was not applied properly/​completely. Don took my call and rather than reassure me as a paying customer or calmly explain the process he was totally argumentative, defensive, loud, disrespectful, and rude. He abruptly ended our conversation with a (quote) «I don’t need this» and hung up on my ear. He did the exact same to my wife when she followed up my call to cancel the service.
The driver even parked his truck parked on my lawn which I found unacceptable. It was obvious to me that he was more interested in rushing thru my appointment rather than provide the quality work that one should expect. When I questioned if he hit the whole lawn as I couldn’t completely understand how he could be done in less than 5 minutes given the configuration of my lawn, his response was «would you rather see me crawl»? Incredible.
Bottom line, go elsewhere. There was no «care» in my lawn care.

I’ve been using lawn services /​landscapers out of state for many years, so when I moved here to Hopkinton, I was a bit surprised to hear that you needed certain licensed landscapers to apply seed/​fertilizer as compared to other services. A couple of services were recommended by neighbors but not wanting to use multiple vendors, I found this one to be very responsive, competitively priced and willing to take on a tough job (the prior owners were selling during the spring and missed much needed lawn work). My lawn had many dead spots, weak coverage where the grass should have been, but very robust weed growth everywhere. I was provided with some recommendations on what to do this year vs next.
Rarely does one say this about landscapers in my experience, but I won’t hesitate in saying that Don and Lawn Aeration Plus exceeded my expectations and within a few weeks brought back a lush, weed free lawn. I highly recommend them.
