Squeaky Clean

They did a good job cleaning some carpets for us so we tried their home cleaning service for a home we were about to sell. The girl on the phone told us they were sending 2 girls between 1:30 — 2:30 and would call us when there were ½ hour away. Well to our surprise she calls us the day of at 12:00pm to say «the girl» (singular) is there and no one is home. When I told her our appointment was later in the day she was very rude and said I was wrong, they were right. I gave her the code to lockbox and got a call back saying the worker could not open it and was going to do another job and be back around 2:00. So we took our time going to the property only to arrive around 1:00 to find the woman working without any direction for the past hour. We wanted and needed 2 people for the job and was told 2 were coming but they only sent one. They even made a big deal out of making sure we understood how the billing process works with 2 cleaners. The one woman did the best she could but obviously one person working double time trying to do the work of two people was not sufficient in the end. The girl who was very nice when scheduling the service was very rude when there were issues. They never apologized for any inconvenience or misunderstandings and even had the balls to round up 3 and ½ hours of work to 4 hours in spite of everything. That’s just bad business and we will not be using them in the future or giving them any referrals. Also in my opinion 4 of the 5 stars reviews here look fake.

I had such a great experience with Squeaky Clean from start to finish. Angelee, the manager, was able to squeeze me in for a next day cleaning. The girls who came to clean, Miriam and Sophia, were outstanding. They worked SO hard, leaving my house absolutely sparkling. They charge by the hour, which I was a little concerned about at first, but the price ended up being very reasonable. I’m so glad I called Squeaky Clean and look forward to using them for cleanings in the future.

We had a great experience with Squeaky Clean! I called on a Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. On Tuesday I received a call from the office asking if I knew of their special… That was unexpected and a very generous gesture! We had the carpet on the stairs, hallway and 3 bedrooms cleaned for $ 120!
The owner is the one who does the cleaning. He is a very nice man. He was on time and did a very thorough job. He does it himself so he knows ya done right. I would recommend this company to anyone… very impressed!

Great company. We have used them many times. There is always a good crew and they pay attention to the details! We will keep using them for our commercial property. They have done residential work for us in the past and it was the same high level as the commercial work.

I used a Living Social deal to have Squeaky Clean clean my house. They did a spectacular job and were professional and friendly. I am impressed my how much quality work they got done in 2 hours. I also love the fact that they use only green products. Highly recommend!
