food and service are much improved from the last time I came in last year.

Slow… Glacial. Use their customer service method for preventing climate change and we’ll never have to worry. Came here after an afternoon at the mall next door. Entered and there was an employee, his back to the customers, for at least five minutes. The line was another customer and I. Someone else walked in. Then another. Guy still with the back to the customers. Not even an acknowledgement, a «sorry I’ll be with you in a minute», just total focus on cleaning and customers… fine, thank you… Finally he turned around and seemed to be unpleasantly surprised with the line that had formed while customers were ignored. All I wanted was a snack of four pieces of chicken tenders. But there was nothing like that in the menu, which is now three stores in one and has a menu board the size of a PhD dissertation. So I asked if I could have it and yes, they DO have just chicken tenders. Got my order and left. Really not customer driven.

There should be an option for zero stars. Waited in the drive-thru without being acknowledged for 14 minutes and finally went inside to order. Fellow in front of me ordered extra crispy chicken breasts and was told they were all out. I ordered 2 two piece dark meat and was told they only had legs. She apologized and said they were short-staffed. Not sure how this causes a shortage in food as well. Too many times we’ve had problems here… will never go back.

This location is good everyone I come here. The store has very friendly people working whenever I go there.

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell EVER! The portions are not just inconsistent, they are sometimes TINY. I actually took a picture of a Bean Burrito(Fresco style) and put a sauce packet next to it to gauge the size. Incredibly, the Burrito was not much larger! I took it back and really let the manager have it. The employees almost never get my order right and I have to tell them how to make the Burrito Fresco style(no cheese, add Fiesta Salsa). I also ask for the Burrito to be without Red Sauce since I like to control the level of the already-high sodium. Three times I have had to have them correct it. This is the only Taco Bell within 25 miles, and I typically love Taco Bell food, so I put up with it on occasion. Too bad, the best Taco Bell(or at least one of them) is in Concord, NH near the Steeplegate Mall. Way too far, but if you are in the area anyway, a great place to stop. It makes me sad that the people in the West Lebanon area may have this as their first Taco Bell experience and not realize it’s the pits, or know it’s the pits and hate Taco Bell because of it! Oh – if you are looking for it, your GPS probably will not have it as «Taco Bell» but instead as «KFC.» Even a lot of food locators online can’t find it.

Love my taste of civilization in West Leb. KFC is one of a kind here and I love it. I’d give it the standard 3-star this is a-okay typical chain store kind of food, but downgrading it one star just because I’ve always been a huge fan of sauces at KFC and they don’t have the KFC sauces here. They share the place with taco bell and taco sauce just isn’t the same as KFC sauce. Just saying. But honestly, the food and service here is fine.
