I have also gotten sick from this location. I I also thought that they were a healthier alternative, boy was I wrong. Little hamburger-no cheese, with little fries more than what I should be eating in whole day-calories 1400⁄70 grams of fat! I could have justified the calories if I would not have gotten.

Awesome place to eat! The food is delicious(as is the food at every Five Guys), but what sets this particular establishment apart is the service. Everyone was happy and greeted us with a smile, specifically the young lady at the front counter(Delora?) was extremely friendly! 10⁄10 would recommend.

This is a pretty standard five guys. They offer burgers, dogs and fries. Nothing fancy but it’s a definite step up from the golden arches. Staff was nice and the food was good though pricey for what it is. It’s not a place I’d go often but it’s still a nice, decently quick lunch stop if you’re craving a burger.

Well my husband and I have been to five guys in West Lebanon a couple of times the first time we just loved it we went there on Monday June 1st2015 and talk about disappointment we asked if we could please have a burger not burnt like they were burning all the burgers and they said no we can’t do that its corporate they sliced all of the hot dogs in half and then they burnt them, it was just disgusting. They we’re black. We asked for a medium size french fries they filled it up and then they dumped another two medium SIZED fries on top of it in the bag. it was such a waste of money and I will never go back and the French fries were raw I really wish I could have my money back

Something is off with the food from here. I love Five Guys, I have one right down the road from me in my hometown in Massachusetts. I enjoy Five Guys frequently for lunch or dinner(maybe 3 – 5 times a month) It never leaves me feeling gross or sick afterwards. However, I find it no coincidence that a week prior to this review, my mother and sister had Five Guys for the first time and said that it made them both very sick afterwards but that’s because they thought they«ate to fast». Like I said before, I eat Five Guys frequently, NEVERTHELESS have I gotten sick. Ever. Period. Never. I have never felt as bad as I did after eating there tonight. Something’s off here, I don’t know if it’s the oils the ketchup or what but if you are not trying to feel bad all night I suggest you take a less healthy alternative like Burger King and save the trips you’ll have to take later on to the bathroom!

Standard Five Guys, clean setting in a rear section of the mall, hence the confusion about the address. The setting is clean, though service is not always quick. Lots of peanuts, yes do take a second little paper tray to contain shells. Standard burgers and fries which are very good. Liked the multi-selections available for soda. But two things — why does Unilocal allow 3 different addresses for this one restaurant? You don’t know under which one to leave your review — can’t they be consolidated? Secondly, I went in for lunch and the music was TOOLOUD! You could not hear yourself speak let alone hear when your order was ready. Fat and grease city, but once in a while, it’s the place to get one great burger.

Come here frequently, burgers always good however today they stepped up their service game. Friendly counter service, food was brought to the table, checked in frequently to make sure things were ok, brought the kids paper and crayons, for a fast food joint I am very impressed at the level of service given. Nice job! Burgers always consistent and tasty. The staff should be rewarded for going the extra mile.

OK, you have McDonald’s and Burger King at the bottom. Wendy’s in the middle, and 5-Guys and In-and-Out at the top. I always have enjoyed my food at 5-guys — even when they’ve messed up part of our order(which happens more frequently than it should). One time, the Cajun-seasoned fries were so over-seasoned, that everybody at the table started sneezing when the bag was opened. That said, 5-Guys is the place we go to if only a burger will do — and we have enough money. The prices are about 60% more than Wendy’s and twice McD’s — but it’s worth it. If only they had a drive-through… Oh, and someday, I’ll get back to the West Coast and do a proper comparison between 5-Guys and In-and-Out.

What can be said about Five Guys that hasn’t been said already. Love this place and wish the closet one wasn’t 90 minutes away. I love burgers and always get the little because i find it filling. Toppings are always fresh!

I like five guys and this one just opened recently and is really busy. Burgers and fries here are always good and this location does a good job. Still wish Five Guys would come up with a smaller order of fries though!

First time here. Not as impressed as I was told I’d be. My guess is due to the portion sizes. The burgers(and fries) are good. Not great. I must have missed something…

I think this chain is average at best. It’s fast food and therefore the service is sort of to be expected. I have never encountered friendly staff members eager for my order, or one to get my order right for that matter. I am a Vegetarian(I know, I know… what business do I have rating a burger joint…) but I feel like my perspective may help those like me who enjoy seeing what Veggies options are available out there! They have a delicious«veggie sandwich», but it is extremely messy and it is rather confusing to order(or so it seems as they always make it wrong!). Underneath the veggie sandwich option they list it’s toppings which are only a select few from the standard burger options(2 seperate option menus). If you want anything from the standard options menu you must be specific to each one you’d like to add(mayo, BBQ sauce etc) because if you just say«with everything» they only put the select few listed instead of off the main burger menu. Next the fries. They are pretty thick and moist and you can order regular or Cajun seasoned. In my experiences here the regular fries have been well seasoned but the Cajun are caked with salt and other seasonings! Too too much! This may be their take on Cajun food… I don’t mean too spicy I mean just too much flavor on them! On a positive note they fill your cup of fries over flowing and then dump a bunch more in the bag so it’s almost double the quantity! The soda machines are also fairly unique but popping up in a few other establishments lately. They have maybe 10 or more well known sodas to choose from on a touch screen and then multiple flavors for each(Coke, and then vanilla, or raspberry, lime coke etc). Lastly it seems that service takes quite a bit longer than most fast food places. We wait 5 – 10 mins which doesn’t sound long but when you realize there’s nobody in front of you and you haven’t ordered meat(its just cheese and veggies on a bun)…feels like forever! Overall it’s not terrible, good food, slow service but don’t worry you can eat peanuts while you wait and read all the articles practically ever published on the restaurant walls telling you how great they are!

Yum! Easily, one of the best burger and fries I’ve ever had. Ordered a burger, all the way(lotsa toppings, no additional charge) and little fries, which were plenty. Couldn’t be any fresher. you can see them doing all their burger and fry magic while you wait. And on that note. don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. But it will be worth it.

Wow. Now, I have heard from numerous sources that this chain restaurant had stepped up the bar in terms of burgers, but never would I have expected the experience I had at this restaurant. I’m going to do this review in a different format than previous ones. I’ll go through my first visit, and name the positives and negatives as I go. Here we go! Atmosphere when I first entered was what I expected. It has the look of an old-school diner, and they pull off that look with the white and red tiles and soda machines. However, there is a complaint here: the restaurant is WAY too small for the amount of customers they get per day. There is plenty of room to sit down and eat, but it’s just mobbed, and customers are flowing in literally every second. So seating/noise level is a concern. It is definitely not the place to go if you’re looking for a quiet meal with friends, although you could always just order out. The employees we met were nice and answered our questions with care, although I think that(and I don’t blame them at all) they get rather tired of taking orders. Our order number was 84 when we entered, and they started counting upwards. By the time we left about a half hour later, they had started over at zero(after 100) and were already at 20. But they were nice for a fast food joint. Prices, prices, prices! This is where this place loses a star(in combination with other factors): the food is REALLY expensive considering its a burger joint! Yes, they have free toppings on the burgers and yes, drinks have unlimited refills($ 3.00 a drink, kinda ridiculous) but the overall total at the end is still pretty large. We ordered for four people, one of which did not even order a burger, and the total(3 burgers, two fries, three drinks) was over $ 40! We could have gone to McDonalds and got the same amount of food(albeit not anywhere near the quality of Five Guys) for about $ 16, most likely less. Now on to the food, and oh man is it something. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way(all toppings) and it was just DAYUMDAYUMDAYUM(don’t get the reference?). I mean truly the best burger I have ever consumed, and to top it off it is ENORMOUS! I literally nearly dislocated my jaw trying to take a bite of the burger. The fries were good, but they were much softer than you’d expect. I usually go to McDonalds for fries mainly because they have a crispiness to them. These are hand cut, however, and they are quite good. Not my favorite, but good. Little note: the drink machines are the newer models that let you pick from a ton of different flavors and brands, and there are free peanuts avaliable at the door that you can eat whenever you want. A cool feature too. Enjoyed the experience and food, but the prices and atmosphere got in the way of its 5 star rating. Still, if you have the time and money, check it out!

I am a big fan of the Five Guys chain and I am more then willing to update this review to a four star rating if only they salted their hamburger patties the next time I go. it was way under seasoned and chopped meat with no salt is not okay. Their fries are the best there is in the fast food world and those were seasoned to perfection. Great service, and clean dining area.

I don’t know when they opened their doors, but it had to have been in the last day or two(yes, I’ve been keeping an eye on it). It is New Years day and the place was packed — so keep in mind that this review is based on the fact that the employees are new and it was busy. – The fries were soggy and most of my large sized order was made up of the tiny bits so I think that it was the end of a batch. – The bacon cheeseburger was good although the bacon was cooked way past crispy. The hamburger patty was actually a jig-saw puzzle of meat, thankfully the cheese was there to glue it together. Still, it was tasty. In the end, I will always go back to the cost at FiveGuys. A burger, fries and Coke killed $ 15! The trusty #2 at the Wendy’s down the road is $ 8 for a similar meal. Is the Five Guys really worth almost twice the cost?
