SmileLabs Cosmetic Teeth Whitening

First time to have teeth whitening for me, and it was great. perfect result, and lovely service. Thank you!

Let me start out by saying that the Westside Pavilion location was great — receptionist was helpful and efficient and my experience was positive.
However, yesterday I had an appointment at the West Hollywood location. They called me that afternoon and asked me to call and confirm my appointment. Which I did. They called again and requested that I come in earlier. Apparently there was too big of a gap between the appointment before me and my appointment. I guess they didn’t like that. I got there an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment.
I realized when I got there that I forgot to bring my box of the gel stuff. A big bummer, totally my fault. I politely explained this to the lady who was working there. I asked her if I could reschedule. She told me that my two options were to pay for another box or pay a $ 15 cancellation fee. She was very defensive and was sending a flurry of texts to her boss, talking at me about the ‘new policies’ that she had no control over. I told her that I was hoping I could simply reschedule. It didn’t seem to be a problem at the W. Pavilion location if I had to reschedule. ?
The thing that really bothers me is that it wasn’t like I was a careless no show. Besides, by their own logic, I should’ve been charging them $ 15 for calling me the day of my appointment and rescheduling at their convenience.
The lady got more and more defensive. Sent a bunch more texts, stomped around the little room, opening and shutting drawers muttering about finding the cancellation fee paperwork.
I just left.
I feel like this follow up appointment was a waste of money and certainly a huge waste of energy. I feel like I was treated with an exceptional level of rudeness and unprofessionalism — probably resulting from a combo of the poor lady’s lack of experience and terrible management.
I’ve cheered myself up since this unfortunate experience by noting the comical irony in the name of this business considering the quality of their service.

I gotta wait till the next day to post this review. The first 12 hours I was still worried because apparently my teeth still looked «the same» when I got home. I wonder if the lighting kinda made em look white despite the chart. Made a call to their office and the lady on the phone was really friendly and patient in explaining it to me — that it wasn’t the lighting since the charts are shown under the same lighting; and that I gotta give it another day or two to see the complete result since pores will start closing by then. But then I woke up this morning and GOOD GOD, NOW THEY’RE OBVIOUS! I can’t be any happier. I bought the one session treatment for $ 49 from Groupon and Roy was really nice to offer the second session for just 36 bucks, so of course I went for it. I read from a lot of reviews that two sessions are worth it and in fact they are. Thank you so much, Roy, for explaining the steps and the post-​treatment procedures. And basically for the whole treatment! You’re the best! :)

Good lord, my teeth went 28 shades whiter! This would cost a small fortune, an arm, a leg, and nine pancreases at a dentist’s office. Do yourself a big fat solid, and go see Roy. STAT!!!

I got the 15 min session from Groupon and was able to make my appointment for the same week. The technician David was amazing. He was so sweet and carefully explained every step of the process. I felt very comfortable the whole time and he was so professional and gentle with everything. I was also so impressed with the immediate (literally immediate) results that I saw that I got a second 15 min treatment right after on the spot. They even honored the Groupon price. This place is amazing. I will go back there for all of my teeth whitening needs!!!

The lady was lovely who went over everything with me.
I did two treatments and one rebuilding treatment to close the pores etc.
For the same price i could of got zoom and a better result. The teeth didnt really go much whiter. Which paying 135 you want. Lots of dentists in the area do zoom for that price as a special, so im kinda p””” at myself loL! Ive had zoom before and it really does work. I was like Ross of friends! My teeth were so white after zoom. Unfortunately they are not that white after this treatment.
Also the $ 30 treatment I added on was for my teeth pores to close so they wouldnt hurt or be sensitive. Yeah it worked for yesterday, but this morning im feeling a bit of pain. So what was the point of that.

I got a Groupon for two 15 min sessions. The technician David was a complete doll. He clearly explained each step of the process and took care in making me feel comfortable and at ease. I didn’t experience any sensitivity during the session and would definitely go back.

David and the entire Smile Labs experience was terrific! I bought a Groupon for two whitening sessions, which I combined into a single 30-​minute session, plus the remineralization, which protects your enamel and seals in the whitening results. I called in the morning and was able to get a same-​day appointment. David was friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining the procedure, as well as the products he was using. As an actress, it is very important that my teeth and general appearance are in tip-​top shape, and now I feel ready to strut down the red carpet. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Looking forward to coming back!

This place is great! David the owner is super nice and explains every step of the process before you do it. It is painless and the results were great. I also like that they use LED which protects the enamel unlike some of the older technology which damages is. The office is super cute and the shopping center itself is convenient with validated parking. Highly recommend this place!

Went in for two-​15 minute sessions. Nice and friendly place! Got good results, went up 4 shades lighter. Was hoping for pearly whites but didn’t get that… maybe I’ll try three-​15 minute sessions next time.

This place is awesome! The office is colorful and cheery. The technician, David, has the type of personality that brightens up your day. My teeth were 6 shades whiter by the end of my session! I will definitely come back here and bring a friend too.

Just came from my first visit to smile labs and I can’t say enough great things abt how pleasant my experience was. I was greeted with a smile and friendly service from beginning to end. Very happy with my results as well and will be coming back shortly for a touch up.

Where to begin?
Having been a fan of the excellent customer service at the West LA location, I was delighted to find out that they had opened up another closer to where the hustle and bustle of «me day» reigns supreme.
This location is parking friendly, just as the previous one in West LA. Word of caution though: the parking structure is designed oddly in that the higher up you go, the smaller the floor numbers. Also, some of the folks choose to drive a tad on the fast side inside the parking structure, so definitely be on the lookout for that.
Parking aside, they are conveniently located inside Salon Republic, so you’ll quickly find yourself at home surrounded by those who want to treat themselves to some (wo)manscaping. :) And I hope you’re dog friendly as there some of the staff/​clientele bring their four legged companions along.
Despite making a last minute appointment, they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. I was greeted with the same warm and fantastic smile that reassured that my love/​hate relationship with anything teeth related was slowly but surely swinging to the ‘love’ end of the spectrum.
The familiar face that delivered the awesome experience at the West LA was also present at this location. After getting the customary instructions and logistics out of the way, I was treated to the same experience I had at the previous location. I was calm and relaxed throughout the whole experience, which in part was thanks to the amazing customer service. While in the chair, she checked to make sure I was doing well at comfortable intervals. I had booked a double session, so needless to say time flew by while anticipating the results.
As I am an avid coffee and tea drinker, my pearly whites were… not so much pearly nor white. But after another awesome visit, I was extremely satisfied with the results as I had gone up multiple shades and can now resume my caffeine intake, but perhaps through a straw to avoid staining my teeth.

Outright Fantastic!
I was having lunch at the Veggie Grill in West Hollywood around the corner from a temporary job I was helping my dad finish, when I noticed that there was a Smile Labs in that location, I realized that I still had a touch up on my teeth whitening from the main store in the West Side Pavilion. As a result, I took the liberty to go in and ask for the touch up there and they said ‘no problem whatsoever’. They are sharing some space with a hair salon, nails spa, etc. So it is smaller than the main store but was very clean and it looks very Nice, It even has similar décor to the other store. So the next day I came back with my touch up kit and Jessica was kind enough to help me out. My teeth look great again. This Is why I Love these kind of services.
If you go there and ask for a touch up for your teeth, You will get a surefire service for your money’s worth.
I guarantee it.
