I love the product, I have seen people go 6 shades lighter and I have seen people go 2 shades lighter. I love white teeth so I am very bold to tell you if you need another treatment.

I give it a 3 star because it was an organic treatment. It wasn’t like ZOOM where it gets your teeth really white… you maybe come a couple shades brighter, but not a noticeable difference. I give the guy who was doing the service a 5 star. he was a really nice guy. I would def do ZOOM over this… kinda a waste of money.

While my experience wasn’t as creepy as Stacy’s it was definitely strange! I walked into the office and waited a few minutes before being greeted by who I assumed was the receptionist. He took my «Loot», gave me a form to fill out and said to take a seat as he was running a little behind schedule. Another woman came in from the ladies room, received the form and sat down. As one woman was finished I could hear their discussion about her buying the bleaching pen to take home. She didn’t have the cash and he said there was a problem with her foreign credit card, blah blah blah. She declined to give him her address to ship the product and said she’s come back later with cash. The next woman was called in and then 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment it was my turn for a seat in the dentists chair. The same guy vaguely explained how to apply the whitening gel then gave me a bib and a mouth opening device to keep my lips off my teeth. He used a color guide to determine the color of my teeth before applying the gel but didn’t bother to share the information with me. I asked for a mirror so that I could see what I was doing(not sure why I had to ask) then applied the gel. He gave me some dirty glasses to wear then took them back to clean them. Once I had them on he turned on the UV light, set the timer for 20 minutes and walked away. He came back a couple times to give me more napkins. I asked if the drooling was normal and if swallowing the product was harmful; yes and not really. I could hear his conversation with the woman who came in before me, they talked a little about the product and she declined to purchase. I tried to close my eyes and relax waiting for this uncomfortable experience to be over. Sitting there, I thought about how I didn’t even know this guys name. Why didn’t he apply the gel for me? Why was he the only one working there? That all the patients were woman didn’t surprise me since I bought the teeth whitening from a website directed toward woman. I was relieved when the process was over. He gave me some water to rinse my mouth and said thank you, then I got up and walked out the door as the next woman was called in. Why didn’t he check the shade of my teeth afterward? Why didn’t he try to upsell me on the product? When I got to my car I checked out my teeth and yes their were a little whiter but really only just a little. So overall I don’t think it was worth my time or my money. Glad I didn’t pay full price for poor service(likely without credentials) and a below average product. I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes.
