Starbucks

We’ve stopped by this location several times recently, including last night. This venue is pretty basic, inside and out. Nothing special or particularly appealing about the décor or outside space. It’s utilitarian, at best.
Also, despite the order being placed correctly, what the barrista made was something different. He ended up making the correct beverage, but they wasted one try at not paying attention to the ordered item.
Convenient to Fallbrook Mall stores, but not a great spot to hang out due to limitations of space and lack of any particular vibe.

Randomly in the area for a meeting. Passed by and quickly found parking. There is a lot of parking space, since it is in a large shopping center. This location has a lot of space to set and do work. You will find various wall plugs. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. Customer service was good. My order just took more than usual. Can’t complain about by iced coffee :)

Every time I go to this Starbucks I leave dissatisfied with their service, but today I really had it with them!!! LAST TIME I’m going to this one!!! And I’m going to complain to corporate as well! This is my first review on Unilocal because I’m soo furious with them.
So first off, they charged me for TWO Venti Iced Coffees instead of one (which they never refunded me for) but then on top of it, claimed I got two other drinks for free which I didn’t because I charged them on different transactions to get my Starbucks Stars! Instead of the manager trying to make my experience more pleasant, he tries to prove to me that I only paid for one drink and one sandwich, by pulling out the receipts for my transactions. He then realizes I was right all along once he finds all the receipts!
I absolutely have had the worst experience at this Starbucks. and ONLY this one! I will never return to this Starbucks! The worst service and also they usually run out of their sandwiches, unlike other locations! I’d rather go a little further and visit the Starbucks at the Platt Village! That location is awesome. always!

This is my new close to home store after having moved back to the valley, and I love it. They are never busy when I walk in (usually early evening on weekends) and they always serve my beverages with a smile. Being a coffee snob and an old partner myself, I have high standards of all Starbucks stores… This one is a favorite since they are always on top of their game.

Five stars for DEVIN! I always drive by this Starbucks and never go in,
but today I was in need of some serious caffeine to pick me up.
I hit up this location and strayed from my usual coffee bean since this location was closer.
Happy I did, because I was met by Devin and his smiling friendly face and helpful personality.
I know it’s just starbucks so it feels silly leaving a stellar review, but he really was that awesome and left a lasting impression on me.

The electrical outlet outside isn’t working and not charging my mobile device, so I’m not standing in line inside to buy a beverage

my favorite Starbucks! Jazzy is awesome! the minute I walk in and she’s there, she immediately makes my drink before I even order. no wait time! great customer service! even the other workers are very attentive!

Staff is great and the parking is always available. They are quick, polite and always get he order correct.

The property management sucks at this starbucks, the outdoor patio lights have been off for 2 months, we need the lights to get turned on.

This location definitely did not know what they were talking about. Friendly service however I walked in at 945 pm and asked for a grilled cheese sandwich. The gentlemen responded that, that item has been discontinued due to customers thinking it’s to expensive. My local starbucks still sells it… Then I asked for a different food option and he said we shut down out over cause we’re closing. I was there at 945 and the close at 1030, rude. Will not be returning to this location.

My favorite Starbucks because of the two employees Shadi & Amanda. They are seriously the sweetest Starbucks Baristas EVER! I also appreciate that this Starbucks is in large parking lot so easy parking. But I mainly keep coming here to this sbux because of how nice Shadi and Amanda are.

These folks that work here are always super friendly, polite and competent. Whoever manages this location is clearly doing an excellent job in hiring and motivating these great employees.
Love the little community that seems to always congregate here. It’s pretty normal to see folks in the outside seating area enjoying a chess game, or engaging in polite and lively debate.

This place is super slow. How long does it take to make coffee? Starbucks has really gone down the drain. The staff looks like they don’t know what their doing. I’m not coming back here ever again. They need to get their Act together. Really hope the other Starbucks locations do better than this one because I have no idea how they can handle

Some companies perfect their products and deliver the best consistently. This is the company. There are other large key competitors, but I think Starbucks set the standard in the industry. I won’t go into details about the coffee, but I will mention one concern I have.
The problem is that this is the only Starbucks, or similiar coffee joint, in a 4 mile radius. Because of that, everyone comes to this location and the lines and wait times are extra ordinary and very frustrating.

This is a 5 star Starbucks located at 22 815 Victory Blvd in West Hills. The ambience is set by the great music played through the speakers on the outdoor patio. Meet old friends or make new ones that you meet here. People play chess and backgammon on the patio. Great Starbucks

This Starbucks has a problem with Calabasas anti-​smoking people. In my opinion they are really on the verge of violent psychopathic behavior. They don’t care if they are outside the twentyfive foot barrier that is required by law, they still complain. I saw them make an old man with skin cancer stand in the sun. There is no location not in the parking lot that is in the shade during certain times of the day.

I just tried the new Fizzio drink! I got root beer and I got easy sweet with extra fizz. It was so good!!! It’s so nice that I can control the sweetness. This Starbucks is really nice. Their outdoor seating is pretty big and the staff is always so nice.

One of the best Starbucks in the LA metro area. Why? Because it’s super easy to park, there are tons of seats both indoors and outdoors… even a grassy area out front!
Wait, it gets even better. I didn’t see a single laptop camper inside. I saw just one outside, and he wasn’t hogging up a big table. That’s good laptop camper etiquette.
Super nice staff too. Probably the nicest and most helpful barista I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. Didn’t catch her name. Tall brunette. Maybe the manager. If not, she should be!
The only negative is that it’s pretty cold in there. They probably need a kick butt a/​c based on where they are. I was there in the evening though. It was colder than it needed to be. Maybe that’s why it wasn’t crowded? Who cares. I still loved it and will be back if I’m in the area.

This place hasn’t changed much in the 10 years I’ve lived in the area. They’re typically busy in the afternoon/​evening with studying students from local high schools.
I go in the morning at times after working out and it’s a relatively quick stop to grab a drink. They’re not as fast as some of the better Starbucks locations.
The layout is a bit odd — on the left as you enter are a few tables and on the right is a counter at the window with bathrooms behind you. There are a few tables outside.
If you need a cup of joe, it works. There’s also now a Starbucks inside Target in the same center.

Hey, hey, hey… convenient location as it’s by my daughter’s high school. Parking is not an issue at this location. Very convenient as there are major stores in the same shopping center. It’s also right next door to Jamba Juice. The baristas are very friendly here. It can get crowded but the line moves fairly quickly.
Good luck in finding a table if you decide to dine in because the tables are almost taken every time, unless you are an early bird. I mean early as in 7am or if you are there after the mad rush during the week.
My usual drinks are Soy Hazelnut Latte, half-​caf, extra hot, no foam, Soy Chai Tea Latte, extra hot, no foam and Soy Green Tea Latte, xtra hot, no foam. I also enjoy the seasonal drinks such as the Pumpkin Spice Latte & Peppermint Mocha. As far as the pastries, I use to get the Blueberry or Cranberry Scones before they switched to La Boulange. I hardly buy the treats anymore. Not cause they are not delicious, it’s by choice (have you seen me? gaining…) *sigh*, the story of my life!
