Last night, I called and ordered pizza for pickup since I was out doing errands. Asked for the specials and ended up ordering the great meal deal, which I was informed comes with a large cheese pizza, antipasto salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and a garlic bread. My family really loves the garlic bread so I ordered an extra. I was told it would be(roughly) $ 25. Get there about 20 minutes later and the guy at the counter(who turned out to be the manager) hands me the food. There was only ONE garlic bread. I advised him I ordered an extra one on top of the one that comes with the«great meal deal». He quickly told me that the great meal deal doesn’t come with garlic bread. Garlic bread comes with spaghetti and meatballs a la carte. I said that whomever took my order the phone informed me it DOES come with one. And he said no. And I asked whom I spoke with on the phone and he just LAUGHEDANDROLLEDHISEYES and just stared at me. I asked for the manager and to my amazement, HEWASTHEMANAGER. I hear the voice of the person who took my order of the phone, a young man, and he admits to the manager that yes he told me it comes with one. But the manager said well it doesn’t and proceeded to call the next customer. I’m almost 6 months pregnant and hormones raging so I was NOT having that. I asked for my 2nd garlic bread. And he told me I had to pay for it!!! Excuse me, but your employee made the mistake, not me, I said. I asked for my garlic bread and he again laughed and shook his head, and in Spanish, told the guy behind him, one of the cooks, something. He asked me to step to the side while it gets ready. I said well I would like crushed peppers. I was yet again ignored. I raised my voice and said I WOULDPLEASELIKECRUSHEDPEPPERSFORTHESECONDTIME. The kid who took my order over the phone was kind enough and handed me plates, napkins and crushed pepper. And then my tiny half size of garlic bread was handed to me. So that is why I am writing this review. I have never had such an awful experience ANYWHERE. And especially from the manager!!! Tomorrow, I will be contacting corporate because this was not the first time he was rude. But this was the first time he was eye-rolling, laughing and smirking rude. Unbelievable. It sucks because the food is actually good, but oh well. Being treated like that, I will never go there again.

Picked up my daughter from school on an early dismissal day, hearing her stomach rumbling as well as the baby in the back seat, I asked what they wanted for lunch. The oldest says she is craving Kabobs… after I say«yeah not happening because we are going towards the house now not toward dad’s office!» she thinks for a bit and says«Pizza?» which she states she will share with her 1 year old sis. I think… OK! Done! I knew I saw an Ameci’s on our way to and from my errands so I called and placed an order. When I arrived, my pizza(rather my daughters’) was just coming out and so, I ran next door to get a boba and 2 donuts then back over to get the pizza. *Oh…I should mention that the police should set up a sting operation here because there was some funny business happening right next to my car… if you catch my meaning.* When we got home, the pizza was hot, the donut was perfect as was the boba. Totally have been a fan of Ameci’s and even more now than ever! Thanks guys!

I’ve had Ameci’s several times and so I’ll comment on what I know(that would be the smart thing to do, right?) —Atmosphere, Service & Parking— This is a small store ideal for pick up on the corner of Platt Ave and Vanowen St. The store equips friendly staff with good customer service skills both on the phone and in person. The parking lot is a small shared lot with a 7 – 11, donut place and other businesses. —Food & Price— Their large standard pizzas are 8 slices. Their bread in general is a thin bread profile that supplies a nice crust with a good crunch. I find the pizza’s to be tasty with a good sauce and a good amount of cheese. Definitely nothing oily. Wings come in standard 8 or 18(I think) options. Their wings are on the smaller size but maybe that’s why the standard size is 8 compared to the usual 6 at other places. The regular sauce that comes on it is sweet and spicy but has a nice little kick; it’s almost like a bbq mix type sauce. The wings come with a heaping side of ranch. The size is definitely a good size amount about a medium or large sized container. The last time I did take out they didn’t supply napkins or pepper or parmesan cheese and such like some places automatically might. Not all places do of course, and it’s definitely not needed, but this was more so a tip in case you do want that stuff(if they carry it). Reasonable prices too overall.

I love the calzones, and the pizza has never failed me. Team members are also pretty rad. What else do you want people?!

Chicken munchers had no taste at all. It was like eating a ball of day old bread. The salad was OK but it’s more of an accomplishment to get a salad wrong than not. The pizza was decent but nothing I would go back for. For the price it’s not worth it.

Decent pizza. It is better tasting than Papa Johns, Dominos or Pizza Hut. Quality and price makes this place a good value as long as you use a coupon from their website. Ingredients taste relatively good. The toppings could be fresher. The crust and sauce taste acceptable. The cheese is also acceptable. Nothing really stands out and makes you say wow.

Ordered pizza when we had company over cause I thought they were the best. Well, I was wrong the pizza did not taste the same to me and my husband. Maybe there is a new owner or they change the recipe. Guess we need to find another pizza joint.

Disgusting, hairs in my ranch. Took pictures of my 17 year old daughter. Gross. Never coming back. Very disrespectful.

Stopped in here for some sub sandwiches after a hike in the neighborhood. They came out quickly and the prices were fair. I would have to say the sandwiches themselves were pretty average, and nothing I’d go back for. Nevertheless, a good spot for something quick and affordable.

Usually they are great, but this was my third time ordering online with them and they claim they did not get the order. Yet when I called to ask where it was they said it would be there in 30 minutes. Amazing people since I never gave my name, my order or phone number so they obviously had the order they just ignored it. To make it worse my daughter got a hair in her pizza!

We ordered a jumbo 4 topping pizza, one of the toppings was basil. .when this was delivered the driver informed me the basil was not on the pizza, said the cook messed up. Couple of mistakes here, how about the driver checking the order before the meal leaves the kitchen, checking the order while knocking on front door is redickuless. …chef sould have paid better attention to start with… To not offer a discount at the door and a phone call also fell on def ears… really, pizza business to competitive for me to ever use this location again…

I’m saddened that I will not be returning for three reasons: 1) staff there are pretty cool and affable and I always like going there 2) super convenient to my location 3) when the quality is good, it really hits the spot. Unfortunately, it seems like there is always an issue. I ordered a number of giant pizzas back in October(actually it was Halloween — but is was very early before they got busy so it didn’t interfere with their rush) and 2 of the three were pure black(aka burned) on the bottom. Manager told me the Giants without toppings(eg Cheese) don’t do well in their oven. He offered me a complete refund even on the good pizza –which was the right thing– but I was ok with store credit as we have been using this pizzeria since they opened over 10 years ago. Fast-forward to last night. 3 more pizzas. Having learned, I ordered the smaller Jumbos($ 50!!) and the crust was fine. The margarita pizza had so much garlic it is inedible –but of course I had 2 pieces before giving up. It’s 9am the next morning and I still am feeling the pain. I’ve noticed garlic and other issues before but just accepted. I’m done. I don’t have the energy to try to continue to figure out how to weave between their quality control. Finally, I think they are pretty expensive for pizza. Rather do número uno with better ingredients and favors for the same or slightly higher price. I’m sure my son will continue to overspend his allowance when he purchases the overpriced mini BBQ chicken pizzas which he says are the bomb. The two stars are because I like these guys. Three stars would be a green light and I can’t do that

Came in today to grab a quick lunch. I got the Italian sub and my fiancé got 2 slices of cheese pizza. Very reasonably priced. With the sub, 2 slices and 2 drinks it was less than $ 10.00. I would have spent more if we went to McDonald’s! Food was really good. The only downfall I could think of is I wish they had chips to go with their subs.

WELOVE Amicis pizza! But this location is the worst! We came to this location because the Topanga location phone number was not popping up on google. I can honestly say this was the most burnt and flat pizza I have ever had. We are so disappointed. First and last time we but from this location.

I was a frequent customer until yesterday. That was when I ordered take out and was told it was going to be 30 minutes. I still placed the order. When I arrived, the guy at the register stated making telephone calls to his drivers. Only after two calls did he tell me that one of them took part of my order, but, he will remake the missing items. At no time did he apologize for the mix up not did he offer any remedies with the exception of remaking the parts missing. This way I could have my prefer hour and the other warmish. Probably will not be ordering from them again until the owner calls me to apologize.

I come here whenever I get my water bottle filled next door. Food is great, and they’re always busy. I guess many people like their takeout here. Calzones! The calzones are ah-mazing. I’ve only tried their lasagna and combination ones. But that’s all I need. The garlic cheese bread is good too. It’s like a thin crust cheese pizza(with the sauce on the side). The only disappointment was the chicken thing. They were like small chicken nuggets for $ 5. But, nonetheless, I would recommend this place based on the calzone and garlic bread.

It was Grammys night 2014 and my wife was coming home from a long day of work hungry. The dinner pressure was on me. I tried our usual pizza place and it said there was an hour and 10 minute wait for a pizza delivery. That wouldn’t work. I went to the EAT24 app and dialed up Ameci’s, ordered the pizza my wife wanted — separate topics on either side of a large pizza. In about 30 minutes, the Ameci’s delivery person was at my door with my hot pizza and he was friendly as he quickly handed off my fully paid for and tipped pizza. While prices are super cheap and this is an odd little local pizza chain(franchise?) all over the valley, the pizza is actually really good! It’s not premium pizza but taste and toppings are delicious and fresh, respectively. I may just forgo contacting my usual place next time and call my buddies at Ameci’s.

Mexican Tony is the best. He’s always rude, gets our orders wrong, and never forgets to charge extra for additional dressing. I never leave without feeling somewhat alienated and very emasculated. All in all, the food is damn good and the service keeps me smiling long after my hunger is gone.
