I like the atmosphere here as it’s like a barrio of East Houston, just in New England.
Great place to play some pool, but I just wish they had some local brew. They do have Mexico covered but the thing I don’t like about Mexican beer (other than Modelo) is that by the time it gets to the US, it’s spoiled due to the clear and green bottles. Ever wondered why Corona tastes so different than other beers? It has been damaged by light. That’s why beer is not supposed to be in a clear glass bottle.
Just a local beer from Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts or hell, even Connecticut would turn this place into a beer lovers destination cause it has a unique feel, just no good beer, damnit.
