Face by Julia

Did not get my lashes done by Julia but her receptionist at Arebella is the worse. Booked a refill appointment for me then when I showed up she said I was not booked. Thank you for wasting my time and gas. I will never go back and will not recommend any of my friends, enemies maybe :)

Julia is not only a wonderful person, she is incredible at what she does. She’s hilarious but very professional, and extremely knowledgable. I live in Canton, and drive to West Hartford every couple of weeks just for her services. I go to her for lash extensions and waxing. Before Julia, I had awful experiences with bikini/​Brazilian waxes. Now, I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Julia. She makes sure its as pain free as possible. Taking time to examine the way the hair grows, prep, aftercare etc. She also does my eyebrows and underarms. I’m in love with my incredibly shaped eyebrows and hairless underarms. As for my lashes, she does an AMAZING job. I’m so hooked on them. You don’t even need makeup on your eyes with the lash extensions. They are everything I wanted and more.

Julia is a very knowledgeable and skilled person in her profession. She goes above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable. The Brazilian I received was very thorough and well done. The reason I took away a star here is because it is way too difficult to make an appointment. In general you need to make appointments 2 months in advance. This in not convenient for anyone with a busy lifestyle. Appointments must be made by phone or email with at least a two days delay in response. I know the groupon must be good for business however if you can’t support the business you attract you are cheating the customers. I bought 2 Brazilians through groupon and because of the scheduling issues I could only use one before the other expired.
