Element Fargo

We check in with an entire hockey team for Valentine’s Day weekend. At first, things were rough — kids running all over the place, parents who didn’t care — we were pretty upset. I went to talk to a manager and the staff was so understanding and helpful. They helped us to a quieter room and made sure every bit of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Heather and her evening staff just blew us away. Thanks for the relaxing weekend!

Fantastic rooms and fantastic customer service. They ran shuttles to the Fargo Dome for our concert which was sooo helpful. They’re very interested in taking care of their guests. They’ll be my go-​to in Fargo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I truly appreciate the importance this hotel places on good indoor air quality and healthy living. The saline pool and the large workout room were fantastic. The only complaint I have is that the tile on the pool deck is very slippery.

Soooo glad that SPG now has (2) hotels in the Fargo area; but i suppose after today’s PR of Marriott purchasing Starwood, there’s now even more selection of «Marriott» properties.
But staff was friendly.
I enjoyed the complimentary social time from 5pm to 6:30pm. (Glass of wine and small snacks)
The gym had nice newer equipment. (Good treadmills.)
Comfortable Westin bed — not sure if it «technically» was Heavenly or not.
Appreciated the keurig coffee maker and capsules in room.
Typical Westin shower experience — — w the two showerheads; one large and smaller handheld.
Liked the flooring in the room.
Close to Costco… (thumbs up!)
Overall, a great stay and this is where I will be staying from now on for all future Fargo trips. (Hopefully everything pans out w Starwood & Marriott on the SPG pts.)
Oh, oh — and I absolutely LOVED the SPG Keyless option. Was so cool to use. This was the first property that I had the chance to use at. My iPhone worked fine, but my Apple Watch couldn’t connect.

beautiful hotel with spacious rooms with a FULL kitchen and REAL dishware, a fantastic pool and huge hot tub, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff.

I really didn’t care for this hotel. There were three major problems:
1) The walls in the rooms here are THIN. Not just traditional thin, but extra thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me watching the movie Interstellar. All of the dialog was completely audible and clear. It took all my willpower not to yell (spoiler!) that the planet was not habitable. I could also hear the person loud and clear when he was taking his phone calls. Awkward to hear about someone’s nail fungus.
2) The evening reception is busy. You know the visual image of a train in India with all those people crammed on the top and sides? Imagine that, but in the lobby of this hotel. But instead of Chennai, this is Fargo.
3) The staff billed me incorrectly. Instead of resolving the issue right away, I had to stand aside at the front desk the next day and wait while the surly front desk manager checked in an entire insurance company (!) who was beginning their stay at the hotel. By the time she got to checking in the firm’s IT department I lost my patience.
There are a lot of new and nice hotels in Fargo. This one is a skip.

Excellent experience! Quick check-​in, free tasty breakfast, clean gym, spacious rooms, beautiful functional furniture, free wifi, friendly staff and accepts dogs!
Highly recommend this hotel if you want an easy stop off i94 and want to stay at a brand new hotel with amenities!

The worst part of the hotel was leaving. Top notch from check in to check out. Staff was as friendly and helpful as I have ever encountered. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

We stayed at the Element hotel for 3 nights, we had a great time there all of the staff was very accommodating and very helpful and nice! The hotel is very modern and very much a green eco friendly hotel. The staff went out of their way and would go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience! We have stayed at hotels all over the world and this hotel is by far the best overall, they have a great breakfast, bbq grills, cozy beds and pillows, yummy coffee, good pool and hot tub, free appetizers and drinks, great kitchenettes in all rooms. Amazing hotel, but Bummed that we had to leave!
