This is, by far, my husbands and my favorite hotel. This is our third year staying here. We buy groceries to keep in the full size refrigerator and eat lunch in all week. We use the grill for dinner a couple times too. The complimentary breakfast rocks with new choices daily. Weekday evenings they offer wine/beer and an evening dinner or snack. But it’s the staff that make this hotel shine! They are always willing to go the extra mile and are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

So this is more of a blog while I stay here. Check in was pretty easy now that I am using the mobile app First impression of the room was just ok. Very spacious but lacking in décor, the toiletries provided where generic and bland, which most of my stays adroit chains have something a bit more desirable. Not that I use then but these come off as cheap. The hotel dose have a social hour with beer wine and snacks. And they have a basketball half court to use as well. Over all it was a good stay clean enough even though there was a used washcloth hanging over my shower head at check in.

My apologies to the housekeeping staff that had to clean our room after our stay. We left a tip. Sometimes, you just can’t be neat and tidy, you know, despite your best efforts. I’ll blame the baby that traveled with us even though he was undoubtedly the tidiest of our troop. I really, really liked this hotel. My husband and daughter and g-son loved it. It has a true kitchen with a dishwasher, the dishes, a full sized fridge, all but the food. The sleeping area is an actual bedroom with a door so that’s very nice. I’ll give it five stars because my family liked it very much. Let’s just say if I were doing my own House Hunters International episode and this were a London flat I’d looked at, I’d probably pick it. If you’ve lived in Europe or lived vicariously like me through HH Int’l, you know what I mean. I slightly prefer the Arbuckle Inn(now AmercInn) next door but if my husband said hey, let’s go to Fargo and we’re staying at the Residence Inn, I wouldn’t complain about the hotel, just the city. Nice town for college but not a tourist mecca, you know. ***Nice pool area and you can walk to the Red River Zoo and a Gander Mountain ***

Stayed here for a week and it was a great experience! The hotel was clean, the room was spotless, and the kitchen(in the room) was just right. The weekday dinner socials(I believe Tuesday-Thursday) are extremely helpful and easy as we did not have to worry about making dinner or going to a restaurant those nights. Also there is a nice variety of breakfast options, which made our stay even easier since we never had to worry about cooking or buying breakfast. Overall it was great and would return or recommend to anyone staying in Fargo.

If you are ever in the Fargo ND area this is the place to stay! The room was really clean, the kitchen was open and nice, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. We had a very restful night and when you wake up in the morning you can make your own waffle and they have a multiple toppings to include chocolate chips, strawberries, and whipped cream, amazing! The other reviews are spot on, this is our number 1 hotel choice in the Fargo area.

This is now my 1st hotel of choice for my quarterly work visits to Fargo. Staff has always been very friendly Love the new, upgraded room feel Large open(and warm!) hotel lobby with fireplace Nice having my own large refrigerator in room to hold my one water bottle :) Comfortable beds Large working space inside rooms Prices are good too Located in a convenient part of town off the freeway, yet not too much noise from the freeway. Looks like they have some regular week-day meals that guests can participate in; however I’m only there during the weekends, so haven’t tried anything myself.

This hotel is brand new and the staff takes care of it with pride. We had a large group staying at the hotel(approx 20 people) for a week. Everyone raved about the staff and their service. We had a great BBQ with all of our friends in the courtyard, and had an absolute blast. I stay at Marriott hotels at least 3 times a month, and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you Fargo Residence Inn Staff!!!

This place just opened a few weeks ago. So everything is new and all staff are quite friendly. Like other Residence Inn, there is complimentary breakfast and evening snack with beverages. Good size swimming pool with small gym(only 4 equipment). The thermostat works strange here. it changes the setting by itself from AC to heat and vice versa. Because of this, I give 3 stars. The room gets too cold/hot in the middle of night and it doesn’t seem like the hotel mechanic knows how to fix it. Complimentary wifi.
