I come here all the time, only problem I have is with the clerk: Aline, horrible customer service. All she does is stands waiting for u to say something then puts ur sandwich into the oven without asking if I would like it toasted. Then takes it out with some attitude saying just «Veggies». I mean it’s not my fault your career choice was to build a sandwich, no people skills what so ever, you are getting paid to do a job, so there should not be no negative attitudes with customers. Thinking about a possible career change?

Horrible service dark girl name Ericka was rude and not helpful. ATTITUDE all over the place! I got 6in sub broccoli cheddar soup and the soup tasted old. My bread was hard. What the heck is going on! When she was giving my receipt she pretty much threw it at me. Everything supposed to be fresh here! Just horrible service

The service here is horrible! If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work there. Attitude from the dark girl with bags under her eyes. Never coming back I live close by but I will drive further down to walnut subway from now on.

ordered a meatball sandwich and to my surprise the meatballs were hard the bread seems old, Too bad this is closest Subway to my house never coming back here I’d rather drive farther to another location, This location probably has a lot of old stocks foods due to very few customers… Unilocal please make a new category NO stars!!! Please.

Ordered a footlong cold cut on white. Sandwich was fine except the bread was hard as a rock. Ate half of the sandwich and when I went to ask for a different bread. Shift leader said all the breads are hard and I’m the only one complaining. What kind of customer service is that? And from a shift leader. Never coming here again. After she have me my sandwich she rolled her eyes and said whatever. Peace out subway

First time at this location. Customer service really needs improvement. Worker was rolling her eyes at me when I asked for all the toppings. Are you mad because you have to do more work? She was super skimpy on toppings too. Lettuce was heavy on one side and not the other half. Literally, 3 pickles, one piece bell pepper, list goes on. She was not friendly even when I tried to be nice. Maybe it’s not her morning. Don’t plan on coming back.

I’m sorry tight ass owner, but being an extreme cheap skate is annoying and just wrong!!! How could someone skimp on lettuce and spinach? You charge a premium for your sandwiches I want it so stuffed I can’t close my sandwich, just like how I get it at other locations! The employee puts on 5 pieces of spinach I ask for extra I get 3 measley leaves wtf! I swear she has her hand open like a cats paw and she looks like she’s getting more ingredients but only pulls out 3 pickles at a time, when you say more she opens her eyes wider and repeats «more???» Her face basically looked like this (8O) omg really? Smh

Crowded and unwelcoming. Good thing I never come here when I have big multi-​sandwich orders! The parking lot is small and it is very difficult to get in and out. The people working here seem to hate their life and do not have any expression on their faces, so you can never trust that they got your order right or that they heard you. I didn’t know that change came out at the front of the register so it took a while to get their attention to ask for my change, but the server simply asked «What do you need?» impatiently and pointed me the right way like I was an idiot. In my defense there were so a lot of customers crowded around the register at the time, how could I have heard the coins?

I went in and ordered a cold cut sub. I was starving, the fellow who help to take my order, was extremely unprofessional. He was cursing with another associate as he was taking my order/​making my sandwich. As he was place the ingredients on the bread, it was all over the place. He was rushing to make the sandwich like he wanted to get rid of me. Very poor service and I won’t be going back to THIS subway ever.

I go here becuz its freakin subway n they hVe amazing fresh based bread… however this particular store seems to have a twist… u gotta speak Spanish to order ur sandwich lol its Aight though rats not wat bothered me… it was the fact that when i got home my sandwich didn’t have the things I asked the sandwich artist to put LOL…

When it comes to subway I’m a simple boy. Turkey on wheat, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and a gallon of vinegar.
I used to be a BMT (I still have no idea what those letters stand for) with the same veggies guy. But since I’m trying to regain my youthful physique, I no longer indulge in that fat and flavor ladden beast.
I made the mistake of going right at noon. So the line was longer than usual. But they were grinding them puppies out like nobodies business. So the wait time was bearable.
And yes, you can stuff two Footlongs into a Joe Rocket Motorcycle jacket… in case you were wondering. :-)
