Used this service to do a one time clean up of our warehouse offices (they were a smelly mess and no one had cleaned them in years). I had a few other agencies show up to quote me, but Bea was by far the better choice for us. She showed up on time, was super nice, and she let me explain exactly what I wanted done. Price wise she was able to work with me to stay within my budget and she broke down the cost of everything so I knew exactly what she was charging me for, that was my favorite part. She was not pushy and she was able to work me into her schedule right away, let me pay with a company check, and she just had a really sweet motherly personality. Place was left looking (and smelling) like new
