I had a terrible mess in my house due to construction and not being physically able to do the work myself. I knew it was a big job, I booked two ladies for three hours. I only wanted bathrooms, floors mopped and dusting and I figured that would be all that they would have time for, but they went above and beyond. My house is clean for the first time in longer than I would like to admit, smells good and I’m happy with the service. When I say that my house was a mess, I’m not kidding and they really did a good job.

You updated your reply almost a month later to add that you have my signed post inspection paper? You already told me that on the phone. It wasn’t an inspection, it was a clipboard placed in my hand with a «sign here» request. I know I authorized the $ 332 rip off. What were my options when all the cleaning girls were already packed up and outside?
And the bag of trash they left on my front porch, which I didn’t find until after they left was not appreciated or acceptable either.
I wouldn’t have hired outside help if I didn’t know I needed it. So don’t try to shame me by repeating how bad of condition my condo was in. It’s why you were hired. You’re a cleaning company. But your company didn’t do much to change the «condition» of my condo. Certainly NOT $ 332 worth. And your attitude now and bait and switch tactics mean you won’t be hired here again.
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Apparently their post «inspection» form voids the guarantee they advertise at the bottom of their Unilocal page. I contacted James within 24 hours to let him know several areas I was unhappy with. I asked him to come take a look for himself. He said no, since I signed the post inspection form and approved the work.

You don’t stand behind your services or the quality of your work, you hide behind your form. To have them «clean» the floor 3 times and still not get it right, sometimes a person just gives up. If that’s the best you can do, it’s not good enough, but it’s not going to get any better by having them try a 4^th or 5^th time.
