The individual people who have worked there seem nice enough, but over the time we were there we had a serious leak in our unit due to poor maintenance (and were told that we should just ‘expect that’ if we weren’t in a climate controlled unit — WHAT?), had to fight them to get a new unit, our bill was constantly wrong, the website never worked. The issues we experienced seem largely with Public Storage the overall company, which is basically a dumpster fire.

Tina and Samantha are both amazingly helpful and got me everything I needed at fabulous rates. In this time of transition for me, I needed an easy and secure process, and they delivered 100%. I would never go anywhere else for my storage needs. The location is super convenient too!

It’s a storage facility, so there’s not too much to say. It’s nice that it’s gated with individual lock codes, and it’s nice that it’s all ground level. The on-​site staff is great– courteous & very helpful. My only gripe is that it is not accessible 24/​7, although it really isn’t a huge deal because the gate hours are 6am-​9pm daily, which is a pretty wide window.
