First time and last time. That’s what happens when you take my order then repeat it back to me and then deliver me whatever the hell you feel like!

We ordered wings, fried shrimp and fries. Hubby picked it up because they won’t deliver outside of Wayne. We live next town over just for information purposes. Order was 40.00. Would be worth it if the food was good. The fries are good! The rest not so much! The fried shrimp are all breading and very small shrimp like you would get in Chinese food! They also didn’t give us cocktail sauce. The celery that comes with the wings was rotten! The wings naked no breading no taste other than grease and small. Won’t be ordering from there anymore!

My wife and I went there around 6PM on a Sunday night and the place was empty. We visited their web site earlier and knew exactly what to order and how much it would cost. To our surprise, the menu at the restaurant was totally different and the price was much higher. We reviewed their menu and asked for bone-in wings. WHAT??? You ran out of wings!!! You are Wing Zone, that’s what you sell, how can you run out of wings. You said you only have boneless wings. We had no other choice so we ordered it. It was nothing more than processed pressed white meat chicken nugget. It was not wing meat, and it was more expensive. It was hard and it was salty with no chicken meat taste in it at all. Furthermore, the lady preparing the food inside which you can clearly see from the front counter, was not wearing any gloves. She touched all the food with her bare hand!!! Shame on you. I should have rejected the order, but I was too hungry. We also ordered onion rings and they were 99% batter… where is the onion??? I think the onion got evaporated from deep frying too long. The batter was burned and hard as nail with a hollow hole inside where the onion should be. We also ordered wedge fries and they were equally miserable. They were too salty and had a funny taste to it. I wonder how often they change the oil in the fryer. All-in-all, they should not be in business. They made a sucker out of me. Will never go there again.

We used to love getting huge orders here. Literally 100’s of dollars worth of food everytime they were cheery on the phone and delivered pretty quick. Until one of our orders got messed up! We called back and spoke to the manager who promised a $ 20 credit on our order. When it came time to collect that credit, of course nothing was on file. A representative was supposed to look into it and follow up with me and never did, i followed up the following day the person i was dealing with wasnt there but was reached on her cellphone who assured me once again that they would follow up with me. Major surprise no one ever did. Working in the customer service industry this is unacceptable. $ 20 buck just cost you potentially thousands. Good luck in the future with such poor service. You wont get an order from us ever again.

I’m almost always satisfied when I come here for wings. I love overdipping my wings in extra hot sauce and there is always extra there. I just got wings today and the wings were a great size and perfectly cooked, not too small and not too crunchy. I would definitely order again when I’m craving wings. Definitely supercedes any wings from local pizza places. They also have really good fries and fried pickes. I recommend the bone-in wings and not the boneless wings or tenders. Those may or may not be pressed chicken. My dad had them today and I’m not sure. I get bone-in and I’m always happy!

I really like this place and glad it opened in my hometown(we really needed an alternative to Hooters for wings, since it’s a decent drive). The wings are awesome(try Thai Chili) and so are the deals. My only complaint is that if you order and stay in, the wait is pretty long.

I’m obsessed with wings and when I saw their website I was looking forward to checking this place out. The inner child in me was excited about the menu, the photos, the logo and the cool, fun & colorful themed fonts/names for all of the 15+ different flavors you can choose from. Boy, I wish I was younger so I wouldn’t be judged at how this makes me feel inside. Anyway, I got a 10 piece boneless combo with fries and a drink for a reasonable price. Depending on the amount of wings that you get, you can choose more than 1 type of flavor. The 2 I had were both very flavorful and a little spicy. The fries were nice and crispy too. My girlfriend got tenders and those were nicely breaded and you get your choice of flavor in dip form. I’m already craving my next visit to try the other flavors and the appetizers as well Me just being picky: This establishment is attached to a Subway and they share the same seating area. It isn’t a stand alone building and the parking lot is very small. I instantly found a spot when I went on a Wednesday, but it may be pretty bad on the weekends. I was bummed when the soda cup and basket didn’t have the Wing Zone logo as I like to collect these sorts of things when I find new places… Personal gripe lol

I am a fan. 1) Came here on a Groupon. It was a fantastic deal. 2) We got the habanero, buffalo, spicy mango, and parm. 3) The Wedge Fries are AMAZING! It is a must have.

This was my first ever visit to a Wing Zone. It was a Saturday at 12:30pm. The business shares a building and counter space with Subway which had a much longer line. I’m not a big fan of just wings but I ordered the bucket of 7 wings with thai chili topping and fries with bleu cheese. I watched tv while enjoying a good meal. Again, it was just wings.

Wing Zone in Wayne is a great find. Often go there when I’m having a wing craving. My favorite is the Mango Habanero. Try it, you’ll love it, but only if you like it spicy. Great food and service!

Wingzone has best wings! Tried wings in several eateries, nothing compares to the taste of wingzone wings. Place is clean, service is good!

It’s alright for takeout. I’ve only had the boneless wings on a couple occasions. They definitely could be crispier — if you’re taking out, order the sauce on the side for this reason. That being said, they do have a really good choice of sauces. Buffalo is a classic but I also like thai chili. Voodoo fries have nice seasoning. It’s kind of a last resort if I order from here, which isn’t often. It’s close by to me and can satisfy a wing craving quickly. I did have really one bad experience ordering here when all the wings tasted like mildew so… don’t go out of your way for it.

Orders took too long to pick up after waiting the time they had said before pick up. Got wings and chicken fingers. Overly greasy. Chicken didnt seem high quality. Even with a Groupon I wont be going back. They did jave good sauces.

Had a Groupon. Ordered chicken tender baskets — 5 piece and brownie bites. Chicken tenders are big so the smallest — 3 piece — would be enough for 1 person. The flavor was good but we had leftovers. The leftovers were very very greasy so the food is not healthy for sure. Brownie bites were great but I think also fried. Sauces were so-so. Actually think the fried chicken at stop and shop is better. Staff was very nice.

Lazy women employees who stand there talking while every table in the place is dirty. They have the nerve to make fun of me for asking to clean them. Hate to see what the kitchen looks like.

My job just started ordering from here and I decided to try them. I had the wing basket with the Thai Chili sauce, and the Mango Fire. The Mango fire were the best, very very very spicy but soooo good. The Thai Chili one was also good, and mild. The wedges were seasoned and tasted really good. The best part were the Banana Cheesecake bites, the brownie were ok. Would eat here again.

Wings must be from Cornish game hens. Tiny and over fried to jerky like texture. A wide variety of sauces that aren’t so bad but the wings are just disappointing.

We tried these wings a few times at work. They are just ok. The one draw back is the wings are very small. They do have a lot of options though. Way better choices out there.

Wing Zone — Subway’s new counter — is a nice addition. Counter service is friendly. Food is cooked to order so it takes a short wait. The counter guy was nice enough to bring our orders to the table. No music, no TV. Best thing so far is the Wedge Fries which are great. The fried shrimp are decent. But the boneless wings had no crunch. Sauce was OK. I want to try more of the menu.
