This KFC needs to get their act together. It’s a busy spot but rushing people’s orders just makes for disaster. Chicken is very greasy like they just scooped it out of the fryer. My one star is for the sides, they were good. Restaurant in general did not seem clean to me. The garbage was over flowing and there was a not pleasant smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom area. The tables were in need of a wipe down and floor needed to be mopped. It will be awhile until I stop in here again.

This was my first visit to this KFC. It was a Thursday at noon. I observed an empty parking lot which soon served it’s purpose as several cars including my own were soon parked at nearly the same time. I ordered the Nashville 2 piece basket with cole slaw and biscuit. I sensed the classic KFC taste with the additional spicy taste added to it.

Now — they’ve closed almost all the KFCs nearby, and so this is the closest one to my home. Ever since Iris left, we have had nothing but bad experiences with the food and/or service. We order the same thing every single time, at least once a week. We show up with missing pieces, wrong sides and this is when we forget to check the bucket. Well, tonight has done it for me — I show up 30 minutes before closing and they are out of chicken. They didn’t offer to make any, so we asked them to only for them to tell us, it’s 10 minutes and we’re only making one kind. I’m pissed — because we just drove 20 minutes one-way for this disappointment. I think we’ll be giving them a break for a couple months of not entirely.

Nasty! Raw, soggy, greasy chicken! Mac and cheese swimming in watery sauce! Gravy so old it separated !! Stay away unless you want a very upset belly!

One word sums it up… BARF! Took about 5 min after eating at this place. Overcooked, tasted reused deep-fry oil and yeah barf.

As a chain restaurant, I start with 3-stars. So I basically deducted 1 star for the front cashier. I had a really difficult time understanding him through his accent, as he was trying to speak over whatever loud humming is coming from behind the counter. They need to fix that! Since cashiers are transient workers, someone else will replace him(for better or worse). The soft drinks are free refills, a plus.

Avoid this place at all costs. The guy behind the counter stole my Amex info and tried to buy $ 376 worth of clothes. Had to work with fraud dept and cancel my card. This place is shady as they get.
