It’s a convey belt salon, you’re passed from one assistant to the next for each procedure, no one has a vested interest in results. I was a 1st time customer, booked an appointment with David for single process and lowlights. He didn’t touch my hair, he passed me off to his assistants. One applied color to roots, another applies lowlights and yet another applied filler. Awful results! David didn’t seem to care, he went on to meet/​greet his next client. Save your time and $ 200+ and go elsewhere.

The salon itself is beautiful and some of the staff was very nice and welcoming, however my experience with Moe was awful. I went in for a bridal trial and within two minutes of sitting in the chair he insulted me by telling me he didn’t like my highlights, then proceeded to do such a poor job with my hair. When it was over and we finally got my hair to *sort of* resemble what I wanted, he said he didn’t really like it and that he had a better idea, but when I asked what he was thinking he refused to tell me. It was in general just a very strange a experience and I’ve never been treated so rudely by a hair stylist. By the time my makeup trial was over and I paid $ 200 to be insulted, my Bobbi pins and headband were already falling out. First time in my life I didn’t tip!

I am not one to write a negative review, but I am so depressed over my hair that I haven’t left my house in a month. I live in Little Falls and would drive 45 minutes to get my hair done. I looked up David Ezra Salon and saw such great reviews. My hair was long and I wanted layers. I went to David and left with a mullet! I went into work the next day and one woman said, «They butchered your hair!» Another told me they gave me the «Rachel» cut from the 1990’s. When I pulled my hair back it would take three times around for a pony-​tail. Now, it takes five. I have absolutely no hair and devastated about it. Now I have no choice but to wait a year for it to grow out. I just paid $ 1500 to get extensions put in but the front of my hair is so short that it still looks ridiculous. I know every once in a while a business will have an upset client but I even showed a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. I will never try a new place again.

I go to David Ezra all the time for my hair cut, coloring and facials. I love this salon! And yesterday on my wedding day my bridal party, mothers and sister in laws took over the salon! They started my wedding day off perfectly. Offering us mimosas and our own little hangout room while people got ready. Thank you for always providing me with great service but especially for yesterday!

My experience at David Ezra salon was 5 stars. David is really passionate about what he does and truly personalized my hair color and cut to fit my coloring and facial features. He takes his time and pays close attention to detail. He is a true master stylist. I have high standards and my hair looks absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this salon. I live in NYC where there are tons of top quality salons but none compare to this gem. Definitely worth commuting out of the city for!

This place is AMAZING!!! You walk in and you feel like you are in a high end salon and spa in Beverly Hills! Shidha did my highlights and low lights and my hair looks beautiful. I also had a mani/​pedi with Rita and as always I left feeling like a million bucks. This Salon and Spa is a must see, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been a client of David for almost 20 years. As a professional singer I have toured, traveled a ton for work & currently live in the city. In my line of work it’s imperative that my hair look good. And as many salons that are much closer to me, I’ll make the trip to Wayne every time. Not only do I see David, but I’ve also recommended friends, coworkers & tbh, complete strangers! He’s the only person I’ve trusted with my hair. And when I have specific requests for him, he’ll work with me until I’m completely satisfied. No matter how much I may dread the commute, I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Book your massage with Kathy. I’ve been going to her for 10+ years for a reason. She is simply the best! Perfect amount of pressure and I always leave feeling like I’m on cloud nine.
