Now, I wasn’t expecting to come to this Dunkin Donuts, but ended up coming here, out of convenience, since Einstein Bros’ power was out(right after the snow storm on Feb. 6). This location does not have a drive thru(–1 star), but overall is a great walk-in location, definitely better than it’s current Unilocal average of 2 stars!

What kind of establishment doesn’t have a bathroom that a 4 year old can use?! And when I asked what they use for a restroom they say the Asian restaurant that’s not even open in the morning. I’m appalled and they have permanently lost my business.

Went in to get a green tea, go to my car, gave it a try, and didn’t like it, so I go back in in to ask for something else, the Brazilian lady that was there so so rude, she said in portuguese I don’t know these kinda of ppl keep on coming her if they don’t know what he’ll they want. And I heard her, and I told her I spoke portuguese, and it’s very rude in America to talk trash behind ppl back, specially in a different language, she got mad Cuz I asked her for a office number she said they don’t have a main office, I said don’t worry find out, and she was like my name is grazielle lima, I don’t care. I was just like wow. No need for that at all.

Total crap, very bad. I bought 1.5 dozen donuts in early morning at 6:30, the donuts did not look good, appear wet and soft so I asked if they were overnight leftovers. The server said no. When I got home and check more carefully, the donuts were cover with a layer of water/moisture and cold. Very disguisting, especially for the French Cruellers which were partially collapsed. Try to call them, the phone never answered. Would never buy from them and would not recommend to buy donut in early morning or you get that kind of craps.

Wow! Only two stars? I don’t get it! I like this store! Never experience the rudeness people describe. They may not be overly friendly, but not downright rude.

I am soOOO scared of this DD because their services are so terrible — a bunch of girls working are all b******. They were downright mean tossing the bags giving changes w/frowned faces, never being appreciative of customers. I stopped going there almost for two years, but recently I went there again inevitably encountering those girls again. Their services were still terrible. Their old terrible services rendered again, never smiling and expecting tips. The girls seems to have come from South America, and I never knew that they can be so badly behaved to customers. Anyway, sugary stuff is bad for health, and we try to live without eating DD. I was totally disappointed in their crappy services, I firmly believe that the residents ought to drive the DD out of the time — It should not be given a second chance. America certainly CANRUN w/o DD and Wayland don’t need any shops that give lousy services. WEOUGHTTOSTOPBUYINGCOFFEEFROMTHEDD!!!

Terrible service here. I called to place an order for pickup for a business meeting and could barely hear the customer service person who answered. She mumbled something at me, and I verified that it was the right number. Thinking it was just a bad connection, I told her that I couldn’t hear her well, and would call right back to try again. After that, when I tried to call, the phone just rang and rang. Clearly, they aren’t interested in orders for businesses — I will take my $ 50 order to the DD down the road, or to the Starbucks almost across the street.

Dunkin Donuts. Once in a long while I give in to a self-destructive urge and get a coffee coolata, and then I feel gross for the rest of the day. Their bagels may induce asthma(see here: www.yelp.com/biz/dunkin-donuts-somerville-4#hrid:rQ4UnDpKMUAOPdzbVXj4FA) However, this particular location gets +1 because its bathroom connects to Morn’s Thai restaurant. Literally. They share a bathroom, and if you accidentally stumble into the DD(or duck in there to avoid a spurned lover or rabid squirrel), you can escape to good Thai food without having to brave the cold, cruel world that waits outside every piece of architecture.
