Too bad there’s not a minus star! We were there on a quiet Sunday afternoon that was not busy at all and the service was very slow. Our server acted like she had rather be anywhere but Ruby Tuesday’s. We had to ask twice for everything we needed and never did get to go cups for our drinks. I finally went to the car and got a cup to pour our drinks into. The salad bar had several items empty or almost empty and the salmon we ordered was the smallest portion we’ve ever been served in a restaurant and even with sauce on it was almost tasteless. The grilled zucchini was floating in grease. I try never to give someone such a bad review figuring everyone has a off day, but when you have employees standing around talking to each other and on their cell phones there’s no excuse for the food and the service to be so bad. Especially when you have to pay $ 41.96 for 2 dinners and don’t even leave full.

Slow as Christmas, don’t be on a lunch break. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant in the middle of lunch time.

If you are looking for the only chain restaurant worth visiting in Waycross look no further. I should know since I am here on a daily basis and have tried almost everything on the menu… Food and/or drink. Some personal faves are the fire wings(top tip is to ask for them honey hot… Trust me) and the shrimp po boy flatbread. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Come by and see Tina, Amber, Conner, Christine, Mercedes, and the rest of the crew. I promise they will take care of you!

If no star was possible, it would have been chosen. Where to begin? A slow Monday night. not busy… Upon sitting at bar, I was given a glass of red wine in chilled decanter… ok. Order taken. no attempt at service. . Chicken Bella was oversalted and it appeared minced garlic poured in it. close to inedible. . I finished meal… no one asked how it was. and sat with credit card for almost 10 minutes before acknowledged. .and no I was one of 2 patrons at bar. Hostess/manager and entire staff seemed to prefer gossiping and talking over being service focused. . I worked in restaurants for almost 20 years. and non come from the«if you can lean, you can clean» school. Sad experience all around.

Chicken fingers where really small and heavily breaded. Plus to me it’s highly unprofessional to have tattoos visible when serving customers. I myself is the public everyday and if we have tattoos they can’t be visible. Ruby Tuesday is a bar and grill I know but you can still be professional and respectful of other since if it wasn’t for the customers they would not have a job.

The only thing better than the food was the service. I appreciated the waitress letting me stay for a few minutes after lunch to catch up on some work.

I used to be a real fan of this restaurant but lately the service and food is just been off. I got the ribs because in the past you just can’t beat Ruby Tuesdays ribs but they were horrible no spices, tough. What happened? I’m not one to make a scene but when the manager picks up a plate where the customer has hardly touched the entrée you would think they would have asked. I think she must be new because I can’t remember seeing her before. But Ruby Tuesday really needs to step it up… It’s really a shame

No better or worse than any other Ruby Tuesday. Same mediocre food that is served across the United States in multiple chain restaurants.

Overpriced and poorly cooked! Rare steak($ 17) was cooked to death and served with overcooked brocolli. Salad bar was extra. When we asked for bread we were told they don’t serve bread. Sorry but for a $ 20 meal they could offer bread. Rip off Tuesdays would be a better name
