Very excellent customer service with server JAYLIN! He made my family feel very welcomed and constantly made sure we were set while dinning there. This young man definitely deserves to be recognized for his talents. Not everyone has what it takes to give outstanding customer service.

I’ll be honest, we mostly go here for the Cheddar Bay biscuits. When you get them(we got ours, after asking, after the entrée) they are great. That being said, this particular location is a train wreck. The manager was giving a lesson on lobsters to some young people in the lobby. That was nice, but her time would have been better spent managing her wait staff whose morale was somewhere between barely there and nonexistent. The food is terrible. The tilapia was soggy and the broccoli was overcooked and inedible. We witnessed the same manager dressing down a bus boy for bussing a table, saying that the servers were supposed to do that. And yet, it took FOREVER to get any service. Prior to the meal, my husband ordered a Top Shelf Long Island Iced Tea. The bartender brought it and then asked US if it was top shelf.(Um, didn’t YOU just mix the drink?!) It’s our fault for believing this place was worth our time or money. Never again.

Red Lobster is not only my favorite seafood but my favorite restaurant ever. The parking is not so bad. I especially enjoy their cheddar bay biscuits which I made at home one time at home. I loved how they have an aquarium as soon as you come in the restaurant. The waiting time was great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service and presentation of the food is sensational and delightful. I would definitely come back here for special occasions and would highly recommend Red Lobster for any seafood fan or crustacean fan.

We waited for over an hour which wasn’t necessarily the problem after all its a Saturday. However, my problem is with the way the restaurant handled my mom. She is handicapped and walks with a cane. And what happens when they go to seat us? Furthest seat from the door. They certainly are not friendly towards or think about people with disabilities

We called ahead to put our name on the waiting list. When we arrived we were seated at a booth but we had requested a table. There were so many people at the hostess station that it was chaotic. They put our name back in under a different name and said it would be a couple minutes. 20 minutes later we asked how much longer and we were told there were 11 people ahead of us. WHAT? We complained. They looked for a table and there weren’t any. Needless to say we left! Get organized!

Had Easter brunch here, and even though the place was absolutely packed, we were seated right away because we had called ahead and made a reservation. Despite being a chain, the service was extremely friendly and the food was great. Red Lobster is one of the few places in Milwaukee where I trust the seafood to be at least somewhat fresh, because of the high turnover rates.

It has been seven months I haven’t gone to Red Lobster because of the bad service. Today I happened to be around the area so I decided to stop by and ordered a dozen of cheese biscuits. I was impressed with the customer service it has improved significantly. Now I plan to go there more often.

Food was good, but service was very slow and 2 out 5 meal orders were wrong. They did apologize and adjusted our bill, but we were there for 2 hours. Appetizer was forgotten until our meal came. We came before 3, but by the time we were seated and our waitress actually arrived at our table, we couldn’t order off the lunch menu any more.

There really is no excuse for the poor execution from start to finish of my meal. We waited for 2 hours for a table in a lobby crowded with about 40 other people. Table turnover is a joke. The servers walk without any urgency, like it’s a slow Tuesday night on Saturday. When we did finally get seated, after we had to tell the greeter not to give our table to another group also complaining about waiting, the menus had different selections in them. I could go on forever, but it’s a chain Restaraunt. Just stay away unless you want to be disappointed.

Don’t waste your time and do yourself a favor and go the Greenfield location if you’re looking to dine at Red Lobster. Their emplyees are down-right rude and GHETTO!!! I’m truly sorry I had to interrupt your conversation about your baby daddy to get a soda. Their food tastes so much better at their Greenfield location too. The other thing I don’t understand, is how I have to wait 30 minutes for a table when I see open tables everywhere throughout the restaurant. This establishment is managed very poorly and I would be so disappointed if I were the owner of this restraurant.

Seriously the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. There were barely any tables taken and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, another 15 to have our order taken and an additional 15 to get a glass of water. If the place was busy and understaffed i would totally understand, but most of them looked like they were talking to their co workers off in a corner and standing around. We had 2 tables come after us and they had received their food before we even received our salad. Seriously disappointed with the experience and lack of professionalism in this place.

I love seafood and have always been a fan of Red Lobster. My server was very nice and polite. I ordered the Crab Linguine Alfredo and I sadly had to send it back. It was extremely over salty that it was inedible. They made it for me again and it came back even more salty. They were very nice about it and took it off my bill which was nice :) I will come back again because they do have great food, just don’t know if I’ll order the Alfredo again.

Usually a 10 – 15 minute wait for drinks, the Lobsterita is my favorite drink. Food is always good. Service can really suck sometimes but as long as the food and drinks continue to be good I will come back.

Again, chain restaurant, chain restaurant, chain restaurant! Mind you I am a patient person but I hate hate hate having to wait in a cramped location! Plus the place is really uncomfortable to eat, with the ghetto fabulous clientel, might as well stay at home and cook something better with a Pinterest recipe! But hey, the biscuits are good! Owned by Olive Garden, which is notorious for sloppy renditions of «italian» food. What more can I say? Seriously, someone teach professionalism!

3 ½ stars. Service was lovely, food was just so so. I guess I felt it was even mediocre for chain food. But in all seriousness, service was great(greg). And the rest of the staff as well!

For a chain seafood restaurant, I’d say not too shabby at all! I likened it to the Olive Garden of seafood, only to find out later that they are in fact owned by the same group. We ordered the calamari which was not only a huge portion, but delicious, complete with a sides of ranch and marinara for dipping. That combined with the incredibly addicting biscuits they bring to your table made me almost not hungry by the time my main course arrived. Note: Pace Yourself. For an affordable and healthy option(although you could definitely taste all the butter in everything) I ordered the wood-grilled shrimp skewers while my friend ordered the sailor’s platter. Both we’re perfect portion sizes and very tasty. I’d recommend the wild rice as a side. We were too full to order dessert, but the warm chocolate lava cookie is on my list for another time.

Red Lobster is always pretty«status quo». The biscuits are always delicious, and the entrees«ok». Not great, not bad. This seems to be pretty consistent across Red Lobsters nationwide. What is not consistent is the atmosphere and service This location needs to focus a little more on cleaning and customer service. Our waitress was great, but the host staff was having their own little personal meeting when we arrived and wanted to be seated. Far be it that we interrupt their personal conversation to pay to eat at the restaurant. Once they took a break from their conversation, the hostess seemed out out that we wanted to actually sit down and eat.(God forbid!). A little disappointing, but I’m coming to think that this may be a systemic issues with chains, based on my experiences as of late.

I already had reservations about going to this location based on the reviews. I generally like Red Lobster and some of there menu items are pretty good if you are in the mood for seafood. I went here tonight around 8PM and it appeared as if the restaurant was pretty empty. Well my wife and I were told it would be a 15 minute wait. I wanted seafood so I agreed to wait even though it seemed as if there were tables open. Now I understand if there are not enough servers it wont matter if there are open tables if they cant serve you. However at 8:30pm I asked what the status was and the hostess told us it was going to be about half an hour and that there were two parties ahead of us? Well I had enough of that as I was hungry. In this scenario if I ran the restaurant I would tell the server to at least tell the waiting parties it would be a little longer and perhaps offer them a complimentary soda or something. We received no information and the hostess just proceeded to conversate with fellow employees. Needless to say I see why this location receives poor reviews. We ended up going to Cheesecake Factory instead which is not really my favorite place. The food is always consistent at Cheesecake Factory however the ambiance is definitely a major minus. Living in Milwaukee definitely has it flaws and this is a fine example. Back when I lived on the East side of Madison the chain restaurants are all ran decently and you do not run into situations like this too often. The Olive Garden on Brown Deer Rd also suffers from the same issues. You would think these chains would send in someone from corporate to clean up and fix the issues at these problem locations.

Lobsterfest? MORELIKEBLAH-STERFEST. We had a few gift cards so we dined here on Sunday at 3:30PM. Super busy with a 30 minute wait. Standing in the entry way waiting we noticed there was caked on dirt and hair blowing from the heat vent. Gross. We were seated and our waiter was not so good. Granted he was busy but our appetizer, salad, entrees came out of order. He promptly blamed the kitchen. My entrée of Lobster Lover’s Dream(or BLAH-STER Lover’s Dream) had something wrong with one of the lobster tails. It tasted sour and really bitter. You know how nature uses bitter to tell you something is poisonous? It was that kind of «stop eating this now» taste. I asked the manager why it would be like that and he had no clue. He did comp my entire entrée though, which was generous. I’ve dined here three times in two years and not once have I not had something comped. Dirty restaurant, crappy service, gross food. Never again. Related Video: «Rock BLAH-STER» by the B-52’s
