I have visited Redd’s Snapper on several different occasions. Today was by far the worst unorganized visit ever. Besides having six people working tonight, there was NO order. There were people visiting the workers in the food prep area with kids. The place was packed and the wait for food was well over an hour. The food is always good but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Forgotten orders and absolutely NO apologies or compensation of ANY kind. The is alone makes me not want to visit the place again. I’m telling everybody I know about the experience just because of the terrible customer service!

This restaurant has been my favorite for a few years. I had them cater our company’s birthday party for me and I have eaten there many times. There are many places for fish in the area but this is the best.
