I usually get traditional wings with parmesan garlic sauce whenever I go to buffalo. However, the wings at this place lacked the same flavor I get at other locations. I also got the fired cheese cake bites and they were not as good as well at this location. I was disappointed with the food, but the service was good.

Got carry out on their Thursday boneless wing special. 32 in total, 4 different sauces, or so I asked for. 8 of them were decent, and by decent I mean I was able to warm them in the oven and make then edible for my pre-teen son. The rest sat in the fridge for 2 days in hopes that someone *may* eat them. Who was I kidding, they went into the garbage. They were cold, old as was evident on the breading that was falling off the chicken, dry and cracking, and you would have almost guessed that I ordered plain wings, per the non existent sauce. When I called to voice my opinion on the meal, the manager was very nice and polite, so props to them for that. What killed me was he did admit that the chicken sits in the hopper for«X» amount of time before they are to discard it. What!!! Theyre chicken wings— boneless none the less. You can’t tell me that in the 15 minutes you tell me the wait is, you can’t make me FRESH deep fried oversized«chicken nuggets», cuz lets admit it, that’s kinda what they are. That right there confirmed that I did in fact receive nasty old chicken – gross! I received a gift card from them today, to comp me for the wasted meal, so I’m hoping I can change this 1.5 star rating. I’ll update when I feel brave enough to try them again.

This restaurant really needs to be careful with the storage of the carrot and celery sticks. They always stink. They are kept in a bucket of water and apparently it’s not iced water or changed frequently enough. The smell is sour, stagnant and generally not appetizing if not bordering on dangerous. I can’t eat something that smells that bad which is probably a good thing. Also, the new Moroccan Harissa sauce is not very good. Very strong vinegar taste and nothing like Harissa really tastes like. Big disappointment!

Good food and decent service but the music was terrible who plays the lion king in the middle of the night after some Metallica and country?

–Expect SLOW service on Friday nights. The waiter took 20 minutes to come back and order when he said he would be back in «a few». –Low staff volume on the dining floor on a Friday night? The water is not refilling its self. –The food was just regular Bdubs food, nothing special. –Never coming back to this location

It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings. You are going to go for wings and maybe a burger. It the place to go for a fast lunch and a beer. They have a lot on tap, from local brews to the regular staples. My server was nice and pointed out that pints are $ 3 with lunch. I was disappointed with the chips that are usually fresh, not this time.

This bdubs is so hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is great and other times it’s cold and seems like the food has been sitting out for a while even though it took a long time to come to the table.

I think we all know the type of fare we’re getting when we step into these joints. So the real make or break factor here is service — which in this case was sorely lacking, both by our waitress and by management. Our food took nearly 40 minutes to get to our table — all but one of us ordered boneless wings, so it seems a bit of a stretch to assume these aren’t ready and waiting all day long. By the time we got our food, I admit I was already put off. As it turns out, I ordered a sauce with mine that apparently doesn’t exist. Ok. My bad here. Work on my reading comprehension. Note taken. My assumption here is that if you order something that doesn’t exist, your server will clue you in to that rather than just bring out something random to the table. Even then, when you’re clued in to the error(of which I’ll still take ownership at this point) — the response from the waitstaff probably shouldn’t be «I don’t know what else you want me to do.» Not have an attitude? Prevent me from placing an order that was actually impossible to fulfill? Just a couple suggestions right off the top of my head there. I then watched her storm off to the manager, one table over from us, and spend five minutes ranting about me. Another ten minutes went by… then the manager briefly flew past our table and said«Everything all right? Great!» without so much as acknowledging my presence or allowing me to express my concerns. It’s been over five years since I’ve visited this location, and now I remember why.

Second time here in ten years. Food was just fine. Good beers on tap. Had a group of 13 and our server Natalie was terrific. Spicy garlic wings was a the right amount of flavor and heat.

Frequent here often. Food quality is not consistent. Sometimes it is cooked just right, other times I wonder if they are even trying to cook the order properly. Staff and management are usually very friendly. Only local sit down restaurant open late. Other than that, your standard BDub’s.

I stopped in for the 2:20 ball game on Boneless Thursday .60 not too busy here. The staff was pleasant. I asked about a few a few beers she knew her products. I had a Batch 19 and a Bud and noticed all the games were replays from yesterday I asked for a current game expecting her to throw it on a regular screen near the bar. A few minutes later it was up on 1 of 4 of the largest screens. Score! Cubs win over White Sox 3– 8. Next up the Heat! Food 4 Ambiance 4 Service 4 Location 5 plenty of parking Value 3 Every now and then the register spits out a receipt along with a survey, you have 72. Hours to go on line and fill out a brief survey to get $ 5.00 off your next visit… Well I guess I’m going back again, real soon.

Good place to watch the game no so good to eat. Maybe I’m just not a fan of chain restaurants the price is high the quality is just OK. It’s hard to find a good place to get wings. I’m still looking.

Like I’ve stated about other chain restaurant, standard conformity in looks and food are the same as any other location. Been to this location a few times service has been good. Can’t beat the Tuesday and Thursday wing deals. They have a great beer selection with traditional and local beers.

Dad wanted to take me to lunch, and he chose BWW. I have not been to one in probably 10 years, & don’t know why. Its good, reasonable & has good service, plus the 15 minute or free lunch guarantee is a nice gimmick. I had the boneless wings with jammin jalapeño sauce, fries & a drink for $ 8.99 loved the bite of the sauce & the blue cheese made it even better. just an f.y.i. or observation, if I’m going to drop $ 9 for food, Id rather drop it at Texas Road House & get an entrée &2 sides. And if I really need ‘wings’ I’m off to the Sweetwater Tavern, which are the best wings I have ever had anywhere, in my travels
