Great massage, as I prefer deep tissue to get out all my knots. Luckily I did get my full 60 minutes from the masseuse. Had used a groupon as well. Parking and finding the place was challenging though.

I am no stranger to massage or Groupon, and this was the worst massage experience I have ever had. The manager had an attitude. The massage was lousy, the masseur didn’t know what he was doing and had an attitude, and to top it off, he stopped after 30 minutes and I paid for an hour. I have spoken with Groupon and they are investigating the situation. I wouldn’t send anyone there… ever.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The doctor seems less interested in your health and more interested in trying to sell things to you. I wish I had looked up the doctor’s credentials before coming here. I suggest that you do the same. Also, this place is soooo overpriced and the doctor doesn’t accept insurance.

I can only comment on the medical center, everyone else seems to be commenting on the spa which is downstairs. Here are my reasons for such a low ranking: — The appointment itself took an incredibly long time. I had to wait a long time, then I saw a «nurse» who really didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. When I finally saw the doctor, we were frequently interrupted. –They drew a crazy amount of blood. Then right before I left they said they needed one more vial. So I had to get poked again. Totally unacceptable. — The initial appointment cost $ 435 which is highway robbery. –Then came the bill for all the blood work– totaling in the thousands! Thank goodness I have good insurance! Still, I think I am going to be on the hook for some of this. –You have to come back for another appointment so that the doctor can explain the results of all the lab work to you, which of course comes at a cost. –I wanted to see the results so they sent them to me, with no explination. — My insurance claims were rejected since the bill was not properly coded. — The sage advise the doctor gave me: No sugar, no carbs. No drinking or eating for 4 hours before bedtime(umm, that would be 6pm and I dont get home until 7!) and other crazy advise I certainly could not follow. Beware!

Blueberries are cute, round, and delicious. Dark circled bruises are less appealing. I found your fingerprints On a thigh of mine Do you know you’re leaving them All over this body of mine too If you bruise easily, stay away from deep tissue massage in this medicine spa. You’ve been warned ladies. Unless you don’t mind walking around the pool with seven bruises on your thigh, then be a guest. I dropped by last Wednesday for a deep tissue massage. The first thirty minutes I was screaming and praying. Every time I yelled the pain increased. Sadist alert went off in my head. Ed Stiles: Who would believe in something like this? Maybe deep tissue massages are suppose to make you scream as high as the tourists in Hostel II. Maybe you are suppose to lay there crinkled up and pray for it to be over. Maybe. In any way, going to check out other places for beneficial massages. The good part(yes there’s a good part, but no God in that building) is that for the last thirty minutes the masseuse will talk about various amino acids supplements you should be taking if you are experimenting excruciating pain during a massage. OMG so relaxing!!! No. Honestly, my leg, my back will never forget this groupon massage. I’ll give a star for the locker room. I’ll dock a star for the groupon confusion on which floor offers the massage and which floor is the institute. I’ll give a star for the music and comfort. I”ll dock a star for continued pain. I’ll give a star for my 60 minutes massage being 60 minutes.

I bought a Groupon for a massage and a facial. First, scheduling was not that easy given that I could only get there on a Saturday. So just had to be patient and schedule way ahead of time. Not the end of the world. The Massage therapist, Juan, was ok. I seem to be lucky compared to some of the other reviews in that I did get a 55min massage. However, even though I like a strong massage there were 2 or 3 times I had to tell him it was too deep. And the comments of his being a bit too closer for comfort are pretty spot on. The Facial therapist was very nice and welcoming and the facial was quite pleasant. Closer to 4*. The bed was super comfy, the product good quality. I’m just not sure I get the point of a facial where they cleanse your skin but then put a product on and leave the room for you to relax and let the product sink in for 15−20mins. For me the location was not very convenient to get to, not really near a metro, and parking is super hard around there.

I went for my 2nd massage. 1st one great, but 2nd one only lasted 40 minutes and was painful. I had to ask four consecutive times to please use less pressure(I haven’t ever requested this of another massage therapist). I brought up the 20 minute shortfall to the front desk, who called over the male massage therapist. The massage therapist angrily asked me what I wanted him to do. I requested adding the 20 minutes onto my next appointment. He refused, and said he refused to work on me again. I was flabbergasted. He offered me $ 5 instead. The front desk person witnessed this, and apologized profusely after. He said several other people have made the same complaint. I paid for 60 minutes, but only got 40. Very strange, very strange.

Front desk staff was very pleasant; however, I would not go again… therapist got a bit to close for my comfort.

I got a massage here with Juan who was a great massage therapist, but my massage only lasted 40 minutes, not sixty(a problem another reviewer had). I followed up with the manager, who acknowledged the massage should have been 60 minutes, but it didn’t go further than that. I would not go back.

I went for a massage. Juan might have been the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I will definitely go back, however the facility clearly caters toward women. They only have the one changing area and I was waiting to use it. Not ideal.

Massage good but groupon misleading — massage was only about 40 minutes instead of advertised 60 minutes. Will not be returning.
