If it is possible to give zero stars, then I would. Don’t come here. They will ruin your shirts, give you a bad attitude, close at 7PM, and are not apologetic if they leave stains on your shirts. Changed owners, and the new owners are horrible. This place needs to close!!!

Use there service while in DC. unreliable put me down twice; first one last Dec and then yesterday when they did not deliver my clothes. I needed to find a place to buy alternatives last minute as I have meeting very early morning. When called in the morning they were arrogant too. I have to charge them the things I bought but do not know the system in the U. S to lodge complaints against businesses… one more thing, other laundries are cheaper and definitely faster…

Pretty good place. A little expensive, but everywhere else in DC ruins clothes or just doesn’t clean them at all so this is a solid place that does a good job. It’s my go-to and the lady that works there is very nice!

I was not happy with the service I got here. While the lady who took my clothes was very nice and they give a 10% discount if you have more than 4 items and prepay they did not have a great cleaning service. For 1) I sent a sport jacket to be cleaned and it had to be redone since they were unable to notice some stains and then get them out. And 2) I had a work jacket cleaned and the lining shrunk, ruining the look of the sleeves.

Shirts are $ 6, skirts are $ 5.60 and dresses are $ 11.60. The lady that works there is friendly and I enjoy the starburst candy jar.

Excellent! They use organic cleaner that smells slightly of citrus if you get really close, but not obtrusively. Same day svc if you get stuff there before 9 am and they are pleasant enough. About $ 5 per item.
