After many years of consideration, I finally made the decision to have breast augmentation. Dr. Ruff was one of three doctors I consulted with before going through with the procedure.
In all sincerity, Dr. Ruff stood out way beyond the other two. Everything from his kindness and consideration to detail to giving me endless amount of time to answer all my concerns makes him the best doctor hands down. Dr. Ruff treated me like I was his only patient and like no one else mattered. And, on top of everything, he really gave me everything I said I wanted.
It’s been about a month since the procedure, and he did a beautiful job. Honestly, it’s probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
One last thing– Not only is he extremely talented at what he does, but he’s such a good human being. His whole staff is. His assistant– Catherine– is one of the nicest people you’ll ever come across.
I can’t say enough about this doctor and this staff. If you’re looking to get some work done, definitely book an appointment with Dr. Ruff. He’s absolutely the best. Worth every penny.

I went to Dr. Ruff to have a breast reduction and to have my eyes done. I wanted someone who was talented, professional, and someone who knew the latest in plastics techniques. I visited 4 different physicians in my search and decided to go with Dr. Ruff. Dr. Ruff was the only doctor who listened to what I wanted and told me he understood my concerns. He is smart and funny. His office staff is great, from Cody up front, to Katherine and Sharanda and wonderful Dr. Somenek! His office is aesthetically pleasing and clean; I know this sounds like a strange comment, but 1 of the plastic surgeons I visited actually gave me a MUCH higher estimate than Dr. Ruff and her office was messy, disorganized and she was wearing a dirty lab coat… and I was her 1^st patient of the day!!!
If you live in and around DC, go with Dr. Ruff, he is the BEST in town!
