Poor customer service, half given answers to questions I’m asking. Not looking for someone to be over the top chipper but at least be pleasant. I didn’t know DD doesn’t make donuts in the store and what was on the shelf looked like it been there ALL day. Just no thanks.

Bless this Dunkin Donuts for opening up in a coffee dessert. They have almond milk as an alternative for espresso drinks, so I usually get the latte. They’ve made my drink wrong a couple times, so I’ve lost precious morning minutes, but they’re quick to make a new one. Lots of people from the neighborhood hang out here so it’s a good way to meet your neighbors!

I was SO excited when this store opened. I love Dunkin Donuts, and was looking forward to a convenient morning coffee option. Unfortunately, this store is unusable. I’ve waited 10+ minutes in line with only 2 or 3 people in front of me. There are never more than 2 or 3 staff members working, even at morning rush hour! There’s so little staff, and the staff that are there are so slow, that the cashier has to(slllllooooooowwwwwwwllllllyyyyyyy) help out with drinks, leaving people standing at the counter waiting to even order(before she(it’s, like, ALWAYS the same woman, no matter the time of day!) sllloooowwwwllllyyyy saunters back to the register). The quality is also inconsistent. Sometimes I get a lot of milk in my coffee(as requested), sometimes there’s barely any. Sometimes the croissant for my sandwich is nicely toasted, sometimes it’s burnt to a crisp. I just don’t have the time to wait 10, 15, 20 minutes for a morning coffee, so I guess it’s back to brewing at the office…

This location needs a lot of work in regards to their Customer Service. My wait time for a breakfast sandwich after the busy morning rush should not have too much of a wait time, which it wasn’t. The lady working the register was cordial, but not friendly or appear eager to assist me. When I received my sandwich, I asked for one of the small containers of jelly, to which I was told that it was an extra $.35. I was appalled! Why should I have to pay for any basic condiment. When I asked the employee who made my sandwich, he pointed towards the register. I approached the first employee I encountered, who had a look of disdain as to say I was an inconvenience. Furthermore, there is no signage stating that you have to pay for all condiments. Utterly ridiculous!

I hate to do this because I like DDs, but this location needs to work on efficiency. I work in Downtown, so I am used to fast paced DDs and I had that same expectation here. I was clearly WRONG! The service is slow here and there is a lack of professionalism. I witnessed the cashier picking up a personal phone call infront of customers and chatting away. That is unprofessional to me. I am finally happy we have a coffee shop around here, but the same level of standard should be uphold.

This location is brand new, it just opened the week before Christmas. This area desperately needed a place for breakfast so it’s a nice addition to the community. The layout is a little unusual and it’s small but it seems functional. I’ve had a pleasant experience each time I’ve visited so it’s off to a good start! One thing I noticed is that it’s a little more expensive than other locations.
