Lets start with this. Im one of the ones who doesn’t give reviews at all. I have delt with this place once before and the did a great job packing and shipping something across the country for me.
This time, they blew me away. The whole staff was friendly and seemed to truly enjoy what they do. Pam, the one who helped me, went above and beyond. Not only did she do what I asked, edited and printed 70+ pictures but with short notice, she did it with a smile on her face. I will 100% be using them for any and all shipping or printing jobs I ever need in the future.

I paid $ 79 to ship a box of items back to Boston next day. I gave the owner of this UPS the address. After everything was sealed I asked if we could verify the zip code because there is a South Street that is in Jamaica MA that pkgs sometimes get erroneously sent too. She said very hastily «I have the address correct!» I guess since she’s in the shipping biz she should know. WRONG! The package was sent to Jamaica. The pkg arrived 2 days later even though I paid for OVERNIGHT! I called her and explained to her how she insisted it was correct and yet it wasn’t. My boyfriend at the time even took the day off accept the package. She dismissed my complaints and said it «wasn’t her problem.» The lady was a real pill and will never get my business. I drive 15 mins up the road to bypass ever using this location. –Packages weren’t on time — No apology for her error — very rude customer service. The location of this place is horrible. Trying to get out of this parking lot is dangerous and stressful. There’s a reason why this place is always deserted, even at Christmas.

Been using the UPS store for just over two years. ²⁴⁄₇ access to your mailbox with a real address. This way you can have packages shipped by UPS or other vendors unlike a traditional PO Box.
Also any business services you need they can provide. Photocopying, faxing, shipping packages and other services. The help is always friendly and glad to help assist you.
