Slice of Margarita Grandma, was not really that good…
They should of just heated it up more. Also, not a lot of standing room, but I guess it was busy.
Good selection of slices — not a whole lot
Seems like a good local place, workers from neighboring business were here.
I saw salads and full dinners being served.
Overall it’s ok here,

Rosario runs an excellent operation here… congrats to those employees that feed me throughout the week… Loyal customer here

The place is so dirty, theirs food on the floor and they don’t clean it up. Never go there.

My home town pizzeria. Just passing through town and stopped by for the first time in 30 years — and very little has changed. Great, authentic, local pizza!

I work right across the street and had a craving for a good pizza. As I was sure I couldn’t finish a whole pie, I ordered a personal pie with pepperoni and sausage. Just to be sure I wouldn’t be hungry, I also ordered a escarole and bean soup. The pie was delicious! Not as much sausage as I would hope for, but still a decent amount. The pizza was enough to fill me, but still had enough room to finish off the soup. The soup was very good — great flavor but not overpowering. Definitely warrants a return visit for more pizza!

This place is consistently good, and has the best vodka sauce I’ve ever had.

We literally just left after sitting for 15 minutes with no waiter even looking at us. We got our own menus thinking someone would come and no. We walked out and when I confronted the waitress she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. We left.

Last night I ordered a dish of chicken scarpariello with Marsala wine sauce mushrooms and thin sliced Italian sausage and the taste was out of this world!!! And there pizza is delicious too! Great family restaurant they have been catering our family festivities for years, thanks Rosario and staff for making us feel like family every time we come there.

Pizza and food are good if u can get past the rude owner. Clearly has not read the book «customer service 101»…recent experience here was embarrassing for me and my guests. Too many other nearby places to choose from to spend my hard earned money on rudeness. Sorry.

Honestly, this food was not good at all. We got the stuffed shells and the baked ziti.
The cheese filling in the shells had a crumbly and dry consistency like partially dried out play doh.

The baked ziti was dry and clumpy. The cheese was dried it and not fresh. There wasn’t nearly enough sauce.
And the bread was even disappointing.
The salad was fine. The pizza looked decent.

I was passing by, checked online for a good review pizzeria in the area. I wasn’t expecting anything, got two slices one of them was tomato pizza. It was made up to perfection thin delicious crust, nicely arranged tomatoes, fresh garlic, ideal balance of spices. Considering that it was reheated slice i haven’t tasted anything better. All though I tried many different pizzas. I couldn’t help myself not to order one more.
Will definitely bring my family to enjoy some more of that delicious pizza…

I’ve always known this place was here, was aware of the great Unilocal Reviews but finally came here for the first time the other day. It’s an oddly shaped restaurant; the dining area is virtually one long hallway with not too much else. There are booth tables and what looked to be a dining room in the back.
I love coming to pizza places during lunch time as the slice selection is usually great. But, I was very disappointed by the slice selection here. I don’t even think there were about 8 pies to choose from. I went with a meat slice (sausage, pepperoni, bacon) and a buffalo chicken slice. My wife had a meat and margherita slice. Service was fast and friendly throughout.
The meat slice was pretty good. Not exceptionally over the top but a solid slice. The buffalo chicken slice, on the other hand, was not very good. There was hardly any spicy chicken chunks and kind of just had wads of blue cheese thrown on which became very runny once cooked. I was not impressed by it. I would definitely not get it again.
Overall, I just thought the place was OK. Definitely not in a rush to come back and not sure if I will. Prices were reasonable, though.

I work right across the street from this place & enjoy coming here for lunch regularly. The staff is super friendly, efficient, & most importantly, the pizza is delicious. I haven’t tried many of the other menu options, but my co workers have mentioned that they are delicious. Also, it’s reasonably priced, always have seating available, & have a tv if you just want to zone out on your lunch break. Come here for pizza if you are ever in the area!

Trattoria La Strada is a wonderful local pizzeria in Warren NJ in the A&P strip mall. It’s been around for many years.
I really enjoy their fresh broccoli white pie with ricotta on it. The ricotta is piped on top with little flowerettes. The crust is crispy and not doughy. It tends to be on the thinner side, but I wouldn’t consider it thin crust.
The slices are a nice size and they come fully loaded with toppings of your choice. Many interesting toppings like eggplant Parm with ricotta, buffalo chicken, stuffed veggie, and grandma pizza.
I took my pizza to go but I noticed if u eat there they have new looking booths.
The staff is very friendly and inviting. Trattoria La Strada makes and serves many of the Italian specialty dishes from your hot and cold subs to calzones, stromboli’s and hot Italian classics. Let’s face it, this is comfort food at its best.
Don’t forget to save room for one of their delicious desserts.
So bring your friends, or family and Mangia ! Mangia ! (Eat! Eat!)

By far the best Italian & Pizza restaurant in my area…& I dont live in warren! Since moving west years back, it has been impossible to find good pizza in this area… well at least til I discovered La strada! The specialty pies are delicious & abundant in variety. My family loves their sausage & pepperoni, it is not anywhere near greasy compared to other more local places!
Their pastas & anti– pasta have been crazy good & the best stromboli including my own.

I’ve eaten here for Casual dining in the back and take out. Good is what you would expect. The pizza is good, I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich, it hit the spot. Go here for a low key, no frills bite.

Best BLT pizza in the world! Great staff, great service, extensive menu, delicious Italian food. BYOB.

So far one of the best Pizzas in the area! Taste great, a lot of different varieties to keep everyone happy! Chicken parm, buffalo, eggplant, cheesesteak just to name a few. Their garlic knots are amazing. Salads are delicious ranging from typical everyday salads to calamari or seafood. Great dinners, and sandwiches.
Front counter is nicely decored with modern booths. Paint job gives a rustic tuscany feel. They have a back room for a more family dinner like feel.
Overall great place. Enjoy!

Pretty good pizza and sandwiches. Quick and reliable when you order from the over the phone.

Sat down for a slice of pizza and some garlic knots. Pizza was thin and crispy, just the right amount of cheese. Garlic knots were great too. Friendly and fast service. The front side looked like a pizzeria, but they also have a nicer room in the back.
Will definitely return if I’m craving some pizza and in the area.
