Party City

What a cluster!!! This place was a total zoo after work on Thursday as I bought supplies for an engagement party. I waited in line behind only 3 people for TWENTY minutes. When I got to the register and I asked for a blown up balloon, the cashier asked if he could ring in everyone behind me so they didn’t have to wait. AS IF! I was like, um, no, I just waited forever — they can also wait. So he told me the balloon would last a week and I just needed to keep it at room temperature.
So the next day after work I get home and it’s half deflated! I was already so late, and drove to Party City with the balloon to quickly get it inflated. The line again was a MILE long and I asked a lady stocking candy to blow up the balloon for me (explaining when I got it) and she said get in line you have to pay a re-​flation fee. AYFKM!!!
I stormed out and came back the next day to just get a full refund. The guy on this day was super nice — but I will NEVER get party supplies here again. For a 10 dollar balloon I expected WAY more!

Came in on friday to get some party favors for my daughters bday and I guess there’s a time limit on how long you can be in the store because when I went to check out and the cashier very rudly said «you took so long for just these items, you where here for so long»…the total was about 20 for a bunch of .35-.60 cent party favors, I have a disabled brother who is very hard to shop for and I also had my 3 year old with me in the toy section so of course I took a long time! Jeez felt like I was at one of those small shops in chinatown. Never coming here again! Wayyyy over priced anyways!

nothing more than junk here. Party needs in waltham is where you should go. they know way more about the party business and have cheeper balloons. the staff is rude and nasty. make the 10 more minute trip to party needs its worth it.

Brand new location! Right off Main Street this iParty establishment is pretty big. It has everything you need for parties for any occasion. At the moment they have tons of Halloween costume selections. Staff is really nice and friendly. The store is really clean and items are organized. Also, huge parking lot so parking shouldn’t be a problem!
