He zeros into each customers needs whether be restoring a once favorite piece to its former glory, choosing just the right color and fabric, or beating the budget.
He approaches each job with a sense of mission, has has a total commitment to excellence in everything he does, makes the job come out exactly and perfectly right down to the tufting, stitching or piping.
He re upholstered two splendid Victorian sofas we had shipped over from England from a high end company, but had gotten ragged during a house rental. I wanted wow factor and that’s just what Bill delivered. It wasn’t cheap, but worth every penny.
