They were great. Lucy patiently walked me through every step of the way, from choosing fabric (which I obsessed over for months) to helping me redesign my sofa (using the same frame but a different style of back cushions). In the end I wanted the cushions altered to be smaller, and they did that free of additional charge, and without any attitude other than «of course!» The results were wonderful.
I recommend Crimson Upholstery without reservation.
