I like this place. Having cup of coffee every morning up here. The personal is nice and polite. Five stars.

Poor Mgr skills. The one shift leader was having a bad day. Very mean person. Had the nerve to speak loudly in front of his co workers & customer’s that were standing in line behind me insulting me about an order. He first, did not even ask the other employee about what I was showing her in my iPad for the DDPERK’S. All of a sudden hell broke out. I am NEVERGOINGTORETURNBACKTHEREAGAIN. That’s for sure.

Meh smaller than other local locations. Hot chocolate was delicious. Cashier was a bit of a dim bulb. Asked him what the new sandwich was that I saw on a commercial with the spicy sausage — I couldn’t remember the name. Didn’t have my glasses on so I had trouble reading the menu. He said«I’m not sure» and basically was a wet noodle. The last part I old forgive, got him at a bad time. But train your staff to know the menu! The sandwich I got was the right one and I enjoyed it. The area next to the cashier with the napkins, etc not only was nearly empty on supplies but it was also filthy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks. But the rest of the place was clean.

I never realized how much I missed Dunkin’ Donuts. Growing up in the Midwest, I took for granted how delicious DD was(coffee and donuts). It wasn’t until I moved to California that I realized what I would be missing. As this location was the nearest /most frequented during my visit to the Boston area, I figured it deserved the ratings. I was a bit disappointed that DD shops no longer made their own donuts in-house, and that they were made in bulk in some mysterious warehouse and delivered daily… just doesn’t taste quite the same. I was floored to discover that DD outnumbers Starbucks out here by about 2 to 1. The local competition is quite blatant and intense(evident by the DD t-shirts that were for sale, with the quote«Friends don’t let friends drink Starbucks»). Who knows, maybe DD will make the move to the west coast and throw in with the west coast coffee giants(Starbuck, Seattle’s Best and The Coffee Bean).

Had to double then triple check the location of this one after reading the other reviews. 1st location, right next to 2 of my favorite haunts in Waltham, Diangelos, and Lily’s Chinese. So after putting in my order at one of these 2 locations I’d normally swing over to DD’s and grab a iced coffee. Ironic that I give this place 1 star, and yet I still go. Well this is a real 1 star not a 1 star because Unilocal won’t let me give 0. The inside of the place is rarely clean, even when there are no customers in the place, you normally can at least find a few straw wrappers left on the tables or blowing around on the floor. The service normally isn’t bad, but I guess if you stand behind the counter all day and never clean you get good at serving. The major reason for the low rating. My sister used to used this DD’s all the time when she lived near it, and did laundry at the laundry mat in the strip mall next to it. She’d get a coffee, while waiting for her clothes, and so her daughter, can get some fresh air too. One day I went with her, and the three of us headed over to get a couple coffees. After getting 2 ‘regular’ extra large coffee’s I pay get change and the guy at the counter looked right at my sister saying, «tipping appreciated.» At which I, fresh out of the army and back from Iraq say«Dude, you poured f’ing(edited for Unilocal) coffee, get a real serving job and I’ll tip you. I get f’ing shot at for a living so pieces of ‘poop’ like you can ‘female dog’ about not getting my 25 cents after doing the same job a machine at real offices do automatically, for this same quarter.» Then I turned, showed him the quarter as I threw it in the trash. Turns out he said that to my sister last week when she was doing laundry, she goes in gets a coffee and never leaves her change. It’s not like he had to do something difficult and put a muffin in a bag or anything warenting a tip. Before passing judgment on me not tipping, Read my other reviews, I’m a standard 15% if you just do your job, up to 20% if your worth mentioning. But I don’t give quarters to DD’s for just coffee, I give the other denomination coins that make up my change.

I stop by this location this morning around 10AM in the place was absolutely mobbed, the line was practically at the door, eventhough there were about five people behind the counter– it took about 7 min. for me to get to the top of the line. Once I ordered I was in and out very quickly but had to sidestep quite a bit to get passed the line that was still out the door and down into the parking lot. I’m not sure why this place is so busy! When I looked on my phone for a coffee place nearby it looks like there about 15 Dunkin’ Donuts within a mile radius of my location maybe the coffee is better here? Maybe it’s the only one with a massive parking lot…

Service is fabulous here — love talking with Maryann and the gang that works here. Sad that Daiana is leaving on Friday as she is so nice and makes the best tasting coffee!!!

I always stop at this dunkins on the way in to work, after the gym, for an afternoon pick me up ect. This is pretty much the only one i try and go to. Mainly because there are two women that are usually teamed up one making coffee the other running the register that are fantastic. So friendly, a good way to start your morning, smiles are infectous you know! Well the younger of the two has my coffee made and ready for me as soon as she sees me walk in. Really no joke. I always order the same medium every time so they got it by now. What a nice feeling though that they remember what i get have it ready and i’m out the door in a flash! Now thats service!

One of my favorite places to grab a Dunkin’ coffee. The folks that own this one are super friendly, which makes up for the random slowness that happens once in a while due to the throngs seeking out their caffeine goodness. Coffee is rarely burned, unlike other locations and baked goods are usually fresh.
