Shitty experience here, won’t be back. This guy could not care less about my experience, my sandwich or customer service.

Not very impressed with this Subway location. Came in about 2:30 for late lunch. Not that busy yet tables were dirty, lids for cups down to just a few and the worst is I really wanted a Fuze Raspberry Ice Tea yet when I clicked the dispenser all I got was water, and no it wasn’t a dual water/drink dispenser. In addition even as the place cleared out to just myself and one other customer the clerk did not emerge from behind the counter to clean tables or take care of the rest of the inadequacies. It’s a shame there is not more consistency across franchises. Won’t be coming back to this one for sure.

Definitely on the better side of all the subways! Really well managed and maintained. It’s definitely a step above all other subways despite being a chain. Doesn’t really have any flaws other than its just a simple sandwich shop. The chocolate chip cookies are to die for especially if you get them to toast it. Other than that — it’s what you can expect at any subway but the overall experience is much more improved and makes me happy to go to subway.

I’m a fan of Subway, I go to them all over the Bay Area. This one is close to my work so I pop in for the buy one, get one deal(b-fast & lunch). That’s a good deal. The sandwich artist there in the morning on this day(today), needs to better understand customer service. Maybe she was having a bad morning because the register wasnt working so it was cash only. sigh. They guy in front of me orders and egg sandwich with bacon, «can you throw a couple of extra slices of bacon on there?», she replies with«it cost extra»(sure, I get it), I chime in «he can have mine, I’m ordering the same sandwich without the meat», the sandwich artist replies, «No, that is a separate order», I look at the guy, he looks at me, we laugh and say«really?» Not a good experience this morning, so I will probably go to the other franchise down the street. After all, they are on every corner. They should be fighting for my business right. Just give the guy an extra bacon.

After reading decent reviews of this place(highest rating subway near me) I went and checked it out. It’s really not bad at all. It was actually quick and fast. Both orders were correct and we got friendly service. I think you’ll have a good experience.

They have cheap, healthful sandwiches. But the sandwich makers are pretty slow so it wouldn’t be ideal to come during lunch rush. I love their new siracha sauce though. It spices up just about anything!

I walked in and it seemed as if no one was there, a young man 18 – 24 came out, he was okay at first, but i asked for light lettuce and he dumped it on, AFTER i asked for lightly toasted and he cooked it for a full cycle. we got to the end, he didnt ask if i wanted a cookie, or a drink, or chips, he just told me my total and took my cash. NOTIP 3*(only because the food was decent)

Came in at lunch time and was surprised to see that it wasn’t busy. This should’ve been my clue to stay away. The sandwich artist was not friendly and she did the thing that annoys me the most which is build the sandwich without listening to what I want on the damn thing. In other words automatically assuming you want all the produce or traditional mayo or mustard. This day I ordered an oven roasted chicken breast, toasted with bell peppers and onions. She threw the chicken on cold(usually microwaved first) adds the peppers & onions then without toasting she adds lettuce& tomatoes. At this point I stop her and say it was supposed to be toasted. Rather than take the veggies off or make a new one she toasts the sandwich with everything. Let me tell you it was the nastiest sandwich I’ve taken a bite of, ever! The thought of the ice cold chicken and slimey hot lettuce makes me want to be sick. I will never buy a sandwich here again.

Best subway I’ve been to, and we all know how many subways there are these days… Clean and neat. Fast and friendly. Bread and food always fresh! Awkward parking structure however worth the maneuvering: P

Just an FYI to people who eat here… while walking from Starbucks the other day, I passed by this Subway only to witness the«sandwich artist» sitting at a table in front of the window massaging her bare feet, which were propped up on another chair. Lovely, right? Needless to say that I will never eat at Subway as long as I live(not that I ever frequented this chain before). My only advice to others when visiting this spot… be careful when ordering a FOOT long sandwich. You just might get what you ask for.

This is one of the better Subways I’ve been to. I had given up on their sandwiches, but I think I’m back on the 6-inch sub train. I had a sammie on 9-grain wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, red onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, black olives, cucumbers, and banana peppers, with a touch of brown mustard. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Nice, crunchy vegetables and yummy bread. The sandwich maker guy seemed shy, but really nice. I will be back, for sure.

I have been there a few times in the mid morning to pick up a breakfast sandwich & the workers have been really kind. They are suppose to open @ 7:00am and this morning I am standing outside the shop @ 7:15 and there was no one here. I waited 5 minutes, called & still no one here. Doesn’t look good for business when you don’t abide by your posted business hours.

Subway is the same typical Sandwich fare. Ladies went out of their way to be helpful. Opened last week and it was convenient to find parking. I will be back frequently, especially if the Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf opens in the near future.
