I don’t usually eat fast food, but when I do, I go to Chick-​fil-​A. I love how they make their chicken nuggets. That’s a real chicken not those fake nuggets from other fast food chain. Plus the service is excellent.

Have waited years to eat here, worth the wait! The food is excellent and the service is even better! Hope to be back soon.

I have never been to a Chick Fil A before but my friends were meeting here so we gave it a try.
The staff were extremely polite and accommodating and the play structure kept my 3yo kids entertained for a couple of hours.
The problem with the place is the actual owner, I have come across him a couple of times now and he is very rude and in your face when in my honest opinion he just should let the excellent staff manage the place and keep his nose out.
On my last visit my friends and I were sat in the kids area and we opened a couple of kids snacks for the 2 & 3 year olds. The kids were eating them in a very controlled fashion with their parents and the owner came barging in demanding that no one ate snacks in the area and telling everyone he was the owner and that its a nightmare to clean. He later then sat in the play area with his older kids (who are also rude and obnoxious) and glared at everyone while he played on his cellphone while his kids bumped and pushed the little ones around (the apple didn’t fall far from the tree!)
5 Stars for the staff and facility.

The only fast food restaurant we go to.
Great customer service, tasty food, very accommodating to children of all ages. Clean bathrooms, homemade lemonade, wide variety of sauces.
Definitely recommend!

I decided to go here because I was in Walnut Creek, and the nearest Chick-​fil-​A to where I live (the Fremont location) is about 20 minutes away. I think I’d been to a Chick-​fil-​A probably exactly once before, and I can’t remember the circumstances (maybe at an amusement park?). It’s very much a «fast casual» experience; you order your food, and you get a «table marker,» which is like a tall plastic container that somehow identifies your order. I think mine was yellow with a picture of a cookie on it; I was still trying to figure out exactly how it worked and how many there were when my food was brought out to me. The interior of the restaurant was fairly nice, with flowers put out on the tables and stuff. It felt kind of like the interior of a Panera.
There were a number of prominent displays for some of the lower-​calorie options, such as the grilled chicken nuggets, which is good since America has a lot of people who should be eating less. I went with the chicken sandwich (basically a bun, fried chicken, and pickles) and waffle fry combo. It was pretty good. Reminds me of the McDonald’s Southern Style Chicken Sandwich which most locations don’t have anymore. Maybe the next time I’m at a Chick-​fil-​A I’ll try one of the healthier options.
The one caveat here, which I thought about taking off a star for, is that the parking lot is surprisingly crowded for a suburban fast food restaurant. It’s shared with a 24 Hour Fitness, so some of the spots are marked as being only for Chick-​Fil-​A or only for 24 Hour Fitness. I found two spots behind the restaurant where the drive-​thru is, but if there had been a few more cars parked, it might’ve been very difficult to find parking.

I love this place a little bit too much. Sauce, potato fries and little nuggets are just too good.
I can’t really complain about anything here, i’ve never had an issue with parking because they have quite a spacious private parking lot, also have never had an issue with customer service unless you’re not into the robotic, generic questions and responses. Food is always perfect and definitely something I would drive out about 11 miles for. If you come here you have to try their CHICK FIL A SAUCE. It has such a nice tangy kick to it which makes whatever you order that much better. (maybe not ice cream or drink). Probably my favorite chain fast food joint.

Well I’m the dummy! Even though Arnold Palmer’s aren’t on the menu, and maybe some didn’t know what they were, they certainly do NOW! You have nailed this down! This location is definitely a lot busier than other locations I’ve been to and smaller as they’ve share it w/​24hr fitness and car dealers.
Their parking lot is a bit tricky that has spots reserved for chick fil a guests and other unmarked spots, so keep an eye out for those of you drive into the other areas of the parking lot.
Consistent w/​good service, tasty chicken, and waffle fries! Wish they had the selection of sauces available for personal choosing though…

I like the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries here.
The drive thru is convenient and moves quickly.
The menu is short so it’s easy to make a decision fast.
One star off because the sandwich bread can be improved. It’s basically a hamburger buns that squishes once you pick up your sandwich.

Great fast food place. I would have to agree with all the Unilocalers that come here.
The service is probably the best part. The staff is so courteous and friendly. They take the time to understand and take your order. Then they give you your drinks, and if your food is not ready, they will ask you to sit down and someone will bring your food to you.
The place has plenty of seating. Around the restaurant they also post notes sharing their recycling program, environment impact, the air filtration system.
They also advertise that they are claimed on Sunday’s to give their employees a break.
This location also has a kids play area.
This place is well managed. They get so much foot traffic (through personal observation) but they are able to keep the place clean and they can serve food quickly. I’ll be back!

Amazing. From the super friendly and efficient employees to the fantastic food and fast service this place is a model for what all fast food should be. My chicken sandwich and fries were nice and hot and everything taste fresh as can be. The chicken was juicy and actual real chicken and the fries a delicious mix of crisp exterior and creamy inside. Forget best fast food place, this place puts most regular restaurants to shame.
I highly recommend.

Good ol delicious sin in a bun made to perfection Chick fil A. You sly restaurant being literally right next to 24hr Fitness. Tempting all those who wish to get in shape with the aroma of your perfectly made chicken.
How dare you make such delicious food at decent prices and offer great service? It is an insult how you offer grilled and fried options for nearly all your foods! What kind of company offers those kinds of options? I’ll tell you what kind! A company that obviously care for their customers so that they can still watch what they eat when they eat here!
What’s next, sweet potato waffle fries? Blasphemy!

I’ve been to a few Chik-​fil-​A in California and a few other states. The one thing consistent about this place is their awesome service (the food is always good too).
The food is usually cooked the same wherever you go but customer service can vary because there is the human element involved. This Chik-​Fil-​A probably has the best customer service of all the franchises I’ve been too.
Tonight, the cashier was super friendly, smiled a lot and just really pleasant. The gentleman that brought my food was the same way.
Kudos to Chik-​Fil-​A for providing well above average service!

I wish there was a restaurant closer on my side of town. I hate having to drive all the way to walnut creek to get some quality chicken burgers.
That being said, Chick-​Fil-​A has without a doubt the best fast food chicken burgers – at the cost of the price, I don’t mind. Very friendly on nutrition as well since you have the option to get the neat grilled or crispy.
I ended up getting a small fries, grilled chicken club, and the 12-​piece grilled chicken nuggets. Came out to around 14 $ which isn’t bad for the quality it is.
The drive thru was so long it was after lunch ! I went inside instead and beat the people outside in the drive through.
The guy helping me was also friendly and made sure my order was correct. He was wearing glassy and looked like Chuckie from Rugrats.

This is one of the best, if not the best fast food chains in the country. Every restaurant I have stepped foot in has been very well maintained and as clean as you can ask for. Their staff is always personable, courtesy and treat you a did you were their most important customer of the day. I have been known to travel to try foods that bring back childhood memories and this is definitely one of those places.
But this review is not about the franchises sprinkled across the U.S., it’s about the «Chikin» as their famous Cow-​scots tout. You would probably wonder how good can this boneless chicken breast sandwich be? Well I will tell you from first hand knowledge, it is probably the best one out there… Period. It’s so simple it’s mind boggling.
They hand filet and bread each breast prior to sending it off to its bath of peanut oil inside the pressure cooker. This is what makes these sandwiches so damn good! Fresh baked buns with two pickles and a chicken breast and that’s it. All she wrote and that’s all that’s needed. Choose between spicy or original filets or get the deluxe sandwich if you want cheese, tomato and lettuce.
There are also numerous sauces available, from buffalo to ranch to Polynesian and Chick-Fil-A’s own house sauce. Try it with a touch of mayo or honey and you won’t be disappointed, I promise. I have converted many friends from spending money for various fried chicken sandwiches from restaurants charging 3 times as much for something far inferior to these foiled lined packets of love.
This is the same chain that created and added 100% REAL chicken nuggets to their menu prior to the arches and the so called king. Don’t forget to try the fresh squeezed lemonade, sweet tea and oh yeah… The shakes are insanely good as well. That’s all from ringside for now my fellow Unilocalers. Enjoy!
P. S. If it is your first time trying food from one of their restaurants, make sure and tell them and watch what they do for you. No, they aren’t going to sing for you but you will for sure be hooked and will continue to go back in the future.

Pleasant surprise! I don’t know why we waited so long to try Chick-​fil-​A. When we arrived it was a week day and lunch time. The drive thru line went clear around the building! The parking lot was packed. We managed to find a spot, grabbing one as someone was pulling out. I ran inside with the decision already made that if it was insane inside, we would just leave. There was a line, but it wasn’t too bad, maybe 4 people ahead of me and every register was being manned. Quickly I was up in front and giving my order. About 2 minutes later I had my order and back to the car. My fiancé was in shock! I passed the food around, getting sandwiches and strips. Waffle fries and drinks. Everything was so good and so fresh. I want to go back and explore the menu some more.

ALRIGHT! My update on this place:
It’s always a hit or miss with this place. Glad I only come here for their waffle fries but sadly, last night, they were lukewarm. But this update isn’t about the food, its for a particular employee named Erin.
I work in food service so I know how I’d like to be treated but this one, man, not sure what was going on with her but after seeing her reaction with the customers after me, now I’m not so forgiving about the way she treated me.
So I come up to her, smiles and in good mood, and as soon as I say,“Hi, can I get…”, I received an instant face of disgust, as if she heard something that she didn’t want to. My walls of social anxiety instantly went up and I was immediately very uncomfortable. She didn’t really look up at me after that, she looked down a majority of the time. I kind of panicked when she asked for the name for the order and I accidentally said her name and started laughing at my own embarrassment but Erin didn’t think it was that funny. She rolled her eyes again as I tried to explain that I just got off work and was kind of out of it but she didn’t care, down her eyes went and didn’t come back up. I placed my friends order and mine and I asked if I could get ranch for my friends order and she rolled her eyes at me, grabbed the sauces and basically slammed them in the table indicator cup.
The whole time, I asked myself, «what did I do?», but then I was watching her react to the customers after me, probably 5 customers (groups and singles) she helped after me and she still made the same faces and rolled her eyes. So it wasn’t me at all, just her. I paid attention to the customers faces for reactions and they basically had the same reaction as I did.
I will be taking this to corporate, someone like this should not be working here. If you have time to goof around, be super talkative to your co workers, then you have time to have at least SOME decency to be nice to the customers.
The service is always a hit or miss but I doubt I’ll be coming here anymore unless my co workers want to.

This place gets a good review largely because it is the Chick-​fil-​A closest to me, even though it’s still like 40 minutes away! I’ve only been to the drive thru here and the line is ALWAYS long, it’s like In-​n-​Out-​level. But the service is always great and fast and the food is, of course, delicious and relatively affordable.
My favorite thing on the menu is the spicy chicken sandwich. Get that deluxe and add some Chick-​fil-​A sauce to it!

This location is always busy but worth the wait! Located in the same parking lot as 24 Hour Fitness. May be hard to find parking and the drive thru line is always long.
Came here for lunch and got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/​Sweet Tea. Don’t forget to ask for the sauces! When you dine in they give you a plastic cup with a picture vs. a number to get your food. Service is very fast and food came fast.
Before leaving, don’t forget to refill your drink. The manager was very nice and helped me but did request that I stand on the Pick-​Up side of the counter vs. the ordering area so that you don’t block the area.
Pick up food here after you work out at 24HR Fitness, you know you want to!

This Chik-​Fil-​A is a rare find in California. Moving from Colorado, finding a Chik-​Fil-​A is a priority! I don’t need that many words to express the delicious chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I’m a fan of the honey mustard, but all the sauces are delicious.
It’s Chik-​fil-​A. Good chicken, fast, and mighty delicious for a fast food place. Only thing is, could you not be closed on Sundays please?
