Tried this out for the 1ST time on Saturday. Lara is the owner and she’s a registered nurse. Her sweet personality and kindness makes the experience all the better. She’s with you the entire time. You can have her stop the process at anytime. It’s cold… very cold. I felt great after the treatment, feels like a runners high. Although I didn’t feel any difference the rest of that night or the next day, I am going to try it again. First time is $ 40 then it’s $ 65 per session. I’ll buy three sessions for $ 150. I’ll let you know how I feel after a month of once a week sessions. Bring a friend and enjoy!!!

Level 2 (two) baby!!! Holy shit balls it was COLD!!! INTENSE!!! But afterwards was absolutely amazing!!! The ‘high’ feeling is so much more intense on level 2. Level 3??? Not anytime soon!!!

Finally they opened up a cryotherapy in the Bay Area! I’ve been driving randomly towards Sac and Davis but this is much more convenient! You’re in and you’re out, it’s quick and easy and does wonders! Can’t wait to go back tomorrow! :)

I’ll admit, I was nervous and skeptical to get cold. I was immediately put at ease by the professional and delightful staff. Lara runs a clean and cozy shop. She & Chelsea answered all my questions and helped me to try it out. It was not bad at all! Yes, I got cold. But I was not miserable like an ice bath. My injuries felt some relief and I felt like I had extra energy that lasted the rest of the day. I can’t wait to go again.

Just left Renew Cryotherapy for my first session. What a blast! I feel sooo good! So happy this place is close to me in walnut creek! My body was achy after starting up yoga again and it really feels much better. That’s just after one session, I can’t wait to go back again! Renew is brand new, so clean and fresh. And my cryo technician was knowledgeable and helpful. And I’m also super excited about the beauty/​metabolism benefits. I swear I can already see and feel results. This place is super cool! Totally recommend doing a session. Have to admit, it’s cold at first, but then you get used to it. And literally as soon as I got out of the chamber my body felt amazing! My pain is gone, skin is tight and I feel like I have so much energy. Definitely going back. Yay!!! So happy this place is here!!!
