Dr. Narloch is an intelligent, unassuming, and compassionate, physician with patience that most other physicians do not possess in today’s world. When you are in chronic pain he believes you and tries his best to find a solution.

Does this doctor LISTEN to his patient? I saw him twice in less than a week and he couldn’t remember any details about my accident — how it happened, what my symptoms were or if I was in pain or not. When I saw him to do the needed procedure it was the same situation. Then to top it off, I was supposed to see him two weeks after the procedure to evaluate it — and I got a voice mail cancelling the follow-​up. When I called to reschedule I couldn’t see him for over a month afterwards. NOT impressed!

I am a new patient of Dr. Narloch, referred by my Primary Care Physician for my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. After the consultation, Dr. Narloch told me that I should undergo EMG test. I was so surprised and felt so important, though I am a first time patient, Dr. Narloch didn’t let me wait for so long to have my test done… A day after my consultation, Dr. Narloch himself did my EMG test. Thanks a lot… also to his medical assistant who also took care of me.

Although I am a Kaiser patient, I go outside the Kaiser system to Dr. Narloch for my epidurals, paying cash. I want the best possible treatment and results. For his procedure, he uses fluoroscopy (x-​ray), sedation (versed), making a scary procedure almost pain free. Most importantly I appreciate the expertise and professionalism of Dr. Narloch and his staff. I’m 60 years old and have been seen by many different doctors over the past 10 years for back pain, but the one physician I feel most comfortable with, trust completely, and recommend to my friends and family is Dr. Narloch.

The office staff is also extremely professional and efficient, and the registration process does not bother me as it seems to bother some other reviewers.
